नगराधीश उदय सिंह ने कड़े निर्देश दिए कि ई-ऑफिस के सुचारू संचालन के लिए सभी विभागाध्यक्ष फाइल हैड के साथ एम्पलॉई मास्टर डिटेल (ईएमडी) तुरंत प्रभाव से तैयार करवायें। इस कार्य में तकनीकी सहायता के लिए डीआईओ से संपर्क करें।
नगराधीश ने सीएमजीजीए के परियोजना निदेशक डा. राकेश गुप्ता की विडियो कान्फ्रेंस के आधार पर यह निर्देश दिए। शुक्रवार को मुख्यमंत्री सुशासन सहयोगी योजना के निदेशक डा.राकेश गुप्ता ने विडियो कान्फ्रेंस के माध्यम से जिलों में ई-ऑफिस की स्थापना कार्य की समीक्षा की। डा. गुप्ता ने विस्तार से ई-ऑफिस की जानकारी दी। साथ ही उन्होंने जिलों में इस दिशा में की गई तैयारियों की जानकारी भी ली। उन्होंने जिलावार योजना की समीक्षा करते हुए जरूरी दिशा-निर्देश दिए। इस दौरान उन्होंने विशेष रूप से सीएम विंडो की समीक्षा करते हुए अंत्योदय सरल केंद्रों को लेकर पड़ताल की। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि जिला स्तर पर 25 दिसंबर से पहले ई-ऑफिस की स्थापना करें। नगराधीश ने डा. गुप्ता को आश्वस्त किया कि सभी निर्देशों की पूर्ण अनुपालना करते हुए ई-ऑफिस को क्रियान्वित किया जाएगा।

विडियो कान्फ्रेंस के उपरांत नगराधीश उदय सिंह ने कहा कि पेपरलैस काम काज की दिशा में ई-ऑफिस महत्वपूर्ण एवं बेहतरीन विकल्प है। इस विकल्प को साकार रूप देने की दिशा में सरकार तीव्रता से प्रयासरत है। उन्होंने डा. गुप्ता के निर्देशानुसार निर्देश दिए कि सभी कार्यालयों में ई-ऑफिस की शुरुआत अभी से करें। कार्यालयों में भौतिक रूप से फाइलों का आदान-प्रदान बंद करें। ई-फाइल ही स्वीकार की जाए। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि विभागाध्यक्ष ईएमडी तैयार करवाकर हारट्रोन व विभाग को प्रेषित करें तथा उसकी सूचना डीआईओ को दें। तकनीकी समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए भी डीआईओ से संपर्क करें।

नगराधीश ने डीआईओ को निर्देश दिए कि वे सभी विभागाध्यक्षों को ई-ऑफिस को लेकर विशेष रूप से ट्रेनिंग प्रदान करें। साथ ही नियमित रूप से कर्मचारियों को भी ट्रेनिंग दी जाए। इसके लिए डीआईओ ने जानकारी दी कि एक सप्ताह का ट्रेनिंग कार्यक्रम प्रारंभ कर दिया गया है। नगराधीश ने विभागाध्यक्षों को निर्देश दिए कि वे स्वयं और अपने कर्मचारियों को यह ट्रेनिंग दिलवायें।
नगराधीश उदय सिंह ने कहा कि ई-ऑफिस से पारदर्शिता को बढ़ावा मिलेगा और भ्रष्टाचार पर लगाम लगेगी। फाइल का स्टेटस संबंधित अधिकारी-कर्मचारी स्वयं जान सकेगा। कोई भी अधिकारी-कर्मचारी फाइल गुम होने अथवा न मिलने संबंधी बहानेबाजी नहीं बना सकेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि रिकॉर्ड पूर्ण रूप से सुरक्षित रहेगा और कार्यप्रणाली को गति मिलेगी।
