शहर में अमरुत योजना के तहत विभिन्न कॉलोनियों में डाली गई सीवरेज लाईन को राठधना सीवरेज ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट की ट्रंक सीवरेज लाईन से जोड़ने का मामला नगर निगम तथा बिजली विभाग के कंस्ट्रक्शन डिवीजन के बीच जमीन को लेकर पिछले चार माह से लटका पड़ा है।
- पत्राचार किया पर कोई समाधान नहीं निकला
- समाधान नहीं हुआ तो करोड़ों रुपये व्यर्थ जायेगा
एसएस न्यूज.सोनीपत। शहर में अमरुत योजना के तहत विभिन्न कॉलोनियों में डाली गई सीवरेज लाईन को राठधना सीवरेज ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट की ट्रंक सीवरेज लाईन से जोड़ने का मामला नगर निगम तथा बिजली विभाग के कंस्ट्रक्शन डिवीजन के बीच जमीन को लेकर पिछले चार माह से लटका पड़ा है।
सीवरेज लाईन फाजिलपुर स्थित पावर हाउस के एक कोने से 50 मीटर हिस्से में डाली जानी है बस इसी को लेकर निगम व बिजली विभाग के बीच गत फरवरी माह से पत्राचार चल रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री के पूर्व मीडिया सलाहकार राजीव जैन ने सोमवार को बिजली निगम के एसडीओ रोशनलाल, निगम के एसडीओ (अमरूत योजना) सतीश कुमार तथा सीवरेज का कार्य कर रही एजेंसी के सुपरवाइजर अशोक धीमान के साथ फाजिलपुर पावर हाउस के हालात पर अधिकारियों से चर्चा की। नगर निगम के कार्यकारी अभियंता ने बिजली विभाग के एसडीओ को पहला पत्र 25 फरवरी 2021 को लिखकर सीवरेज लाईन जोड़ने के लिए पावर हाउस के अंदर से एक कोने में 50 लीटर लाईन जनहित में डालने की अनुमति मांगी थी। कुछ समाधान नहीं हुआ,11 जून और 14 जून को दो पत्र बिजली विभाग के एसडीओ को फिर भेजे गये। बिजली विभाग के एसडीओ ने रोहतक स्थित अधीक्षण अभियंता तथा पानीपत स्थित कार्यकारी अभियंता से पत्राचार किया कोई लाभ नहीं।
राजीव जैन ने बताया कि सीवरेज कनेक्शन न होने की दशा में गांव फाजिलपुर, गढ़ शहजानपुर स्थित जोहड़ का पानी, जीवन विहार एक्सटेंशन, विकास नगर, राजीव कॉलोनी, मुरथल रोड, मैपसको सिटी, सिद्धार्थ एनक्लेव, देवरू रोड, चिंतपूर्णी कॉलोनी की सीवरेज व्यवस्था का स्थाई समाधान नहीं होगा और अमरूत योजना में खर्च किया गया करोड़ों रुपये व्यर्थ जायेगा।
राजीव जैन ने बिजली विभाग के अधिकारियों को पूर्ण संस्तुति के साथ केस अपने आला अधिकारियों को भेजने काे कहा है ताकि सीवरेज लाईन डालने की अनुमति दिलवाई जा सके। सीवरेज ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट से कनेक्शन नहीं हुए तो शहर में डाली गई कई किलोमीटर सीवरेज लाईन ठप हो जायेगी, जनता की परेशानी बढेगी।
