राजस्थान सहकारिता सेवा के पूर्व संयुक्त रजिस्ट्रार सुरेन्द्र कुमार जलुथरिया ने कहा है कि शिक्षा की समीक्षा के लिए नियामक आयोग जरूरी है। शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता को बनाए रखने के लिए तबादला नीति भी हो। वे समर्पण संस्था द्वारा 74 वें स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर आयोजित ध्वजारोहण व पौधारोपण कार्यक्रम में नई राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 एक विश्लेषण पर बतौर मुख्य वक़्ता बोल रहे थे।
जलुथरिया ने कहा कि शिक्षा से हमारे व्यक्तित्व का विकास होता है। मानवीय मूल्यों को विकसित करने वाली शिक्षा महानता के शिखर पर ले जाती है। इससे पहले संस्था कार्यालय के सामने मुख्य अतिथि ने अन्य विशिष्ट अतिथि व संस्था पदाधिकारियों के साथ ध्वजारोहण किया।
संस्था कार्यालय के सामने 21 बड़े पेड़ लगाये
पौधारोपण कार्यक्रम के तहत संस्था कार्यालय के सामने पार्क में आम, नारियल, रॉयल पॉम, अमरुद, अशोक, गोल्डन फाइकस आदि के 21 बड़े पेड़ लगाये गये। पेड़ पार्क का एक नक्शा तैयार करके डिजाइन के अनुसार उचित नाप से लगाए गये। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत समर्पण प्रार्थना के साथ की गई जिसे संस्था के कोषाध्यक्ष राम अवतार नागरवाल ने पेश किया।
बच्चों को मूल्यपरक शिक्षा देना हमारा लक्ष्य : डॉ. दौलत राम माल्या
संस्था के संस्थापक अध्यक्ष आर्किटेक्ट डॉ. दौलत राम माल्या ने सभी अतिथियों का स्वागत अभिनंदन किया और कहा कि संस्था के कार्यों तथा आगे की को मिलकर आगे बढाएंगे। श्री माल्या ने कहा कि वर्तमान समय में बच्चों को मूल्यपरक शिक्षा देना हमारा लक्ष्य है और यही वर्तमान की जरूरत है। समर्पण संस्था द्वारा जिन निर्धन विद्यार्थियों की शिक्षा में सहायता की जाएगी उन सभी विद्यार्थियों से समाज में एक भलाई का कार्य करने का प्रमाण लिया जाएगा। नई शिक्षा नीति के प्रस्तावना में भी नैतिकता, तार्किकता, करूणा व संवेदनशीलता विकसित करने का उल्लेख किया गया है।वास्तव में यही शिक्षा की सार्थकता है।

विशिष्ट अतिथि सेवानिवृत्त आयकर अधिकारी बीएल बैरवा ने कहा कि वैश्विक भाषा अंग्रेजी का ज्ञान पहली कक्षा से ही बच्चों को अनिवार्य रूप से देना जरूरी है। विशिष्ट अतिथि राजस्थान मरुधरा ग्रामीण बैंक के मुख्य प्रबंधक एमएल गुप्ता ने कहा कि नई शिक्षा नीति 2020 से शिक्षा में बहुत बड़ा परिवर्तन आएगा। कार्यक्रम के अध्यक्षीय उद्बोधन में सेवानिवृत्त आईएएस जनाब शफी मोहम्मद कुरैशी ने कहा कि समर्पण संस्था के समर्पण में सब कुछ समाहित है यहां दया, करुणा, परोपकार, त्याग, समानता, सहयोग की भावना को सार्थकता दी जा रही है। संस्था के मुख्य सलाहकार व पूर्व जिला न्यायाधीश उदय चन्द बारूपाल ने सभी का आभार व्यक्त किया। मंच संचालन आर के बुहाडिया ने किया।
