धर्म-अध्यात्म: भक्ति का ज्ञान या ज्ञान की भक्ति?

एक भक्ति मार्ग को जानते हैं
आज चर्चा पहले मार्ग पर करते हैं वो है भक्ति। भक्ति तीन कारण से हो सकती है। जब तक हम खुद को यूं कारणों को समझा नहीं पाते तब तक हम नहीं समझ पाएंगे कि भक्ति कर रहे हैं या मात्र उपासना या मात्र पूजा।क्योंकि हम जो भी कर रहे हैं वो क्यों कर रहे हैं ये जानना जरूरी है। उसके तीन कारण जो निम्न हो सकते हैं उन पर विचार करे।
भक्ति का पहला कारण
हमारा जन्म किसी ऐसे कुल जाति गोत्र या स्थान विशेष में हुआ हो सकता है जहा किसी विशेष पूजा पद्धति को किया जाता हो। जैसे बहुत सारे व्यक्तियों का जन्म किसी तीर्थ स्थान पर है जाता है इसलिए वो केवल स्थान विशेष के प्रभाव के कारण उस तीर्थ के देवी या देवता की पूजा करने लगता है।या किसी ऐसे कुल में हो जाता है जहा किसी विशेष देवी देवता की पूजा की जाती है और व्यक्ति उस पूजा को करना शुरू कर देता है।हालांकि यह भी पूर्व जन्म के संस्कारो की वजह से ही संभव होगा।लोग इसे भी भक्ति मानते हैं।किन्तु ये भक्ति का परिष्कृत रूप नहीं है।वो मात्र एक कर्म की तरह किया जा रहा है।उसमे केवल एक संभावना यह है कि भगवत कृपा से किसी के पूर्व जन्म जनित संस्कार उदय हो जाए तो भक्ति हो सकती है।
अब भक्ति का दूसरा कारण
संसार से मन का हट जाना भी व्यक्ति को पूजा इत्यादि कर्मो से जोड़ देता है। इसके पीछे अनेकों कारण होते हैं जो क्षणिक वैराग्य के कारण बन कर पूजा या भक्ति के मार्ग पर ले जाते हैं।जैसे किसी प्रिय जन से वियोग,या आर्थिक हानि या ऐसे ही कई कारण। ऐसे व्यक्ति किसी विशेष व्यक्ति या गुरु को मार्गदर्शक मान कर उनके बताए मार्ग का अनुसरण करने लग जाते हैं।और उनकी बताई पूजा या मंत्र इत्यादि विधि को अपना लेते है।ये भक्ति का ऐसा मार्ग है जिसपे चल कर आज बहुत व्यक्ति खुद को भक्त मानने लगे हैं। लेकिन वो असल में बंटे हुए हैं खुद में गुरु ने और इष्ट में।वह समझ ही नहीं पाते कि भाव किसके प्रति जागृत हो? वो केवल इतना जानते हैं या जानना चाहते हैं जितना उनके मार्गदर्शक ने बताया।उसे आप पूजा कहा लीजिए या भक्ति वो आपके अपने मानस के अनुसार आप समझ लीजिए।
भक्ति का तीसरा कारण जानिए
भगवद कृपा से किसी किसी व्यक्ति का भाव जागृत हो जाता है।अनेक जन्मों के संस्कार जागृत हो कर उसे ईष्ट के प्रति भावामृत से भर देते हैं।उनके इष्ट ही उनके लिए सब कुछ बन जाते हैं।उनका भाव बंटा नहीं होता। वो शांत चित्त और स्थिर हो जाते हैं। उनमें पूजा करने का कर्म लोप हो जाता है।मानसिक पूजा, मानसिक सामिप्य , केवल अपने आराध्य की प्रसन्नता के लिए विचार और कर्म बचा रह जाता है। इस तरह की भक्ति को शास्त्रों ने नवधा भक्ति मार्ग में बताया है। ये उत्तम भक्ति होती है।
सही में भक्ति कैसे हो
ऊपर जो बताया है वो भक्ति के कारण है मात्र।किन्तु सही में भक्ति कैसे संभव हो? ये सोचने का विषय है।और ये विषय इतना गूढ़ और बड़ा है कि बहुत शास्त्र वेद उपनिषद लिखे जा चुके इस पर। मैं अपनी तुच्छ बुद्धि से जो समझ पाया वो ये है।
खुद को जान कर भगवान की महिमा को समझ
जब तक अपने को नहीं जान पाएंगे तब तक भगवान को नहीं जान पाएंगे, और जब खुद को जान कर भगवान को उनकी महिमा को समझ पाएंगे तभी उनसे प्रेम हो सकता है।और बिना प्रेम के भक्ति हो ही नहीं सकती।
