किसान आंदोलन के चलते कानून एवं व्यवस्था तथा जाम एवं अन्य प्रकार की संभावित स्थितियों के दृष्टिगत उपायुक्त श्याम लाल पूनिया व पुलिस अधीक्षक जशनदीप सिंह रंधावा ने गुरूवार को मोतीलाल नेहरू स्कूल ऑफ स्पोर्ट्स राई (एमएनएसएस) में संबंधित ड्यूटी मजिस्ट्रेट व दिल्ली पुलिस अधिकारियों और पैरामिलिट्री फोर्स के अधिकारियों की संयुक्त बैठक ली। ट्रालों व ट्रक, बड़े वाहनों को रात्रि 10:00 बजे से प्रात:काल 06:00 बजे तक ही औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में आने-जाने की अनुमति दी जाए। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि ड्यूटी मजिस्ट्रेट व पुलिस अधिकारी किसानों के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ संवाद बनाये रखें। नियमित रूप से बातचीत जारी रखें, ताकि किसी भी प्रकार की अफवाहों का दौर न चले।
कोरोना का कहर: विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के लिए 18 अधिकारियों को नियुक्त किया डयूटी मैजिस्ट्रेट
उन्होंने दिल्ली पुलिस के अधिकारियों के साथ भी बैठक कर विचार-विमर्श किया। इसके पहले पुलिस अधीक्षक रंधावा ने पुलिस अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि उनकी उपस्थिति दिखाई देनी चाहिए। पुलिस नाको पर भी जांच की जाए। उन्होंने फायर ड्रिल भी नियमित रूप से करवाने के निर्देश दिए। फायर ब्रिगेड की गाडिय़ों की तैनाती सुनिश्चित की जाए। इसके अतिरिक्त उन्होंने स्कूलों में ठहराई फोर्स के ठहराव में भी परिवर्तन के निर्देश दिए। नगर निगम के संयुक्त आयुक्त सुभाषचंद्र, डीएसपी विरेंद्र सिंह, डीएसपी जोगेंद्र राठी, डीएसपी विपिन कादयान, तहसीलदार मनोज अहलावत, बीडीपीओ राजेश टिवाना आदि अधिकारीगण मौजूद थे।
