उपायुक्त श्याम लाल पूनिया ने कहा कि हरियाणा रोडवेज सोनीपत डिपो की 5 मिनी बसों को एम्बुलैंस बनाया गया है। यह बसें ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर सहित जरूरी उपकरणों से सुसज्जित होंगी। किसी भी आपातकालीन स्थिति में यह बसें बेहतर सहयोग करेंगी और रोडवेज कर्मचारी ही इन बसों में सेवा देंगे।

उपायुक्त ने बुधवार को कैंप कार्यालय में सीएमओ जेएस पूनिया को एंबुलेंस बसों की चाबियां सौंपते हुए कहा कि कोविड-19 महामारी के बढते संक्रमण को रोकने तथा किसी भी स्थिति से निपटने के लिए सरकार हर तरीके से तैयारियां कर रही है। हरियाणा राज्य परिवहन सोनीपत डिपो में 05 मिनी बसों को एम्बुलैंस के रूप में तैयार किया गया है। प्रत्येक बस में चार-चार ऑक्सीजन बेड्स सहित कुल 20 ऑक्सीजन बेड्स की व्यवस्था रहेगी। एम्बुलैंस में ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर, चिकित्सा उपकरणों के अलावा पीपीई किट उपलब्ध रहेंगी। रोडवेज की इस पहल सराहनीय है महामारी के दौर में।
