कुलपति प्रो.अनायत ने कहा कि अनुशासन में रहकर निरंतर परिश्रम के बल पर असंभव को भी संभव किया जा सकता है। हरियाणा के युवा काफी प्रतिभाशाली हैं। यही कारण है कि प्रदेश का युवा ओलंपिक , पैरा ओलंपिक हो भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा में निरंतर शानदार प्रदर्शन कर प्रदेश का राष्ट्रीय व अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर नाम रोशन कर रहे हैं।
कुलपति प्रो.अनायत ने कहा कि मुरथल के ग्रामीणों द्वारा दान की गई निशुल्क भूमि पर डीसीआरयूएसटी, मुरथल बना हुआ है। मुरथल गांव डीसीआरयूएसटी, मुरथल परिवार ऋणी रहेगा। डीसीआरयूएसटी के बीटेक के पाठ्यक्रम में मुरथल गांव के विद्यार्थियों के लिए सीटें आरक्षित हैं। उन्होंने घोषणा करते हुए कहा कि डीसीआरयूएसटी के सभी पाठ्यक्रमों में विद्यार्थियों के लिए सीट आरक्षित की जाएगी। भविष्य में अन्य जो भी पाठ्यक्रम विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा संचालित किए जाएंगे, उनमें भी मुरथल गांव के विद्यार्थियों के लिए सीट आरक्षित की जाएगी। इस अवसर पर निदेशक आईक्यूएसी, प्रो.पवन दहिया,कार्यकारी अभियंता बलबीर सिंह श्योकंद,बीपीएसएमवि,खानपुर के परीक्षा नियंत्रक डा.रवि भूषण आदि उपस्थित थे।
