सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: एमेरिटिस साइंटिस्ट प्रो.एसपी खटकड़ ने कहा कि वर्तमान में विश्व में वहीं देश विकसित देशों की श्रेणी में शामिल हैं, जो विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी के क्षेत्र में आगे हैं। अगर हम भारत को विश्व का आर्थिक तौर पर समृद्ध देश बनाना चाहते हैं तो केवल विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी को आधार बनाने की जरुरत है।

खटकड़ ने ने कहा कि वे सफलता प्राप्त करने के लिए सबसे पहले समय का प्रबंधन करना सीखें। समय का सदुपयोग करके अपना लक्ष्य निर्धारित करें। अगर आप पढाई के साथ साथ विश्लेषण करने पर भी ध्यान देंगे तो आप स्वयं को अद्वितीय बना पाओगे। उन्होंने कहा कि नई शिक्षा नीति में विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी पर विशेष जोर दिया गया है,ताकि विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी का देश विकास में योगदान से देश को अधिक समृद्ध बना सकें।
कुलपति प्रो.राजेंद्रकुमार अनायत ने अध्यक्षीय उद्बोधन में कहा कि भौतिकी को पढ़ना उनके जीवन का स्वपन था, लेकिन वे किसी कारणवश भौतिकी का अध्ययन नहीं कर पाए। बाद में वे प्रिंट टेक्नोलॉजी में चले गए। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे देश के वैज्ञानिकों की विश्व के नेताओं ने प्रशंसा की है। उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना के संक्रमण विश्व के लगभग 30 प्रतिशत देशों में भारतीय वैक्सीन का प्रयोग हुआ है। वैज्ञानिकों ने देश के विकास में योगदान दिया है।
रजिस्ट्रार प्रो.कुमार ने कहा कि पहले ब्लू एलईडी लाइट बनी थी, अब सफेद एलईडी आ गई। इनसे ऊर्जा का संरक्षण हो रहा है। नेशनल फिजिकल लेबोरेटरी के प्रो.आरके कोटनाला ने कहा कि उन्होंने पहले सोलर सैल पर कार्य किया। उन्होंने हाइड्रोलिक सेल बनाए। प्रो.एसएस भाटी ने भी संबोधित किया। आयोजक प्रो.सतीश खासा रहे, मेहमानों को स्मृति चिन्ह भेंट किया गया।
