कुलपति प्रो.अनायत ने कहा कि विद्यार्थियों को विश्वविद्यालय में उपलब्ध संसाधनों का सदुपयोग करके अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करना चाहिए। आईएएस टॉपर प्रदीप मलिक विश्वविद्यालय के कंप्यूटर साइंस का विद्यार्थी रहा है।

सोनीपत: दीनबंधु छोटू राम विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय,मुरथल के कुलपति प्रो.राजेंद्रकुमार अनायत ने कहा कि शिक्षा विद्यार्थी के लिए मैराथन दौड़ की भांति है। जिस प्रकार मैराथन में कड़े परिश्रम व निरंतर अनुशासन के बाद सफलता मिलती है, उसी प्रकार शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में लक्ष्य को निर्धारित करके अनुशासन व परिश्रम के आधार पर ही सफलता मिल सकती है।

कुलपति प्रो.अनायत ने कहा कि विद्यार्थियों को विश्वविद्यालय में उपलब्ध संसाधनों का सदुपयोग करके अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करना चाहिए। आईएएस टॉपर प्रदीप मलिक विश्वविद्यालय के कंप्यूटर साइंस का विद्यार्थी रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि किसान के बेटे अवनीश छिक्कारा ने विश्वविद्यालय में उपलब्ध संसाधनों का सदुपयोग किया तथा उसका चयन प्रतिष्ठित कंपनी अमेजन में हुआ। अवनीश छिक्कारा को अमेजन कंपनी ने 67 लाख रुपए का वार्षिक पैकेज मिला है जो कि एक वर्ष के बाद एक करोड़ रुपए का हो जाएगा।
विश्वविद्यालय के पूर्व अनेक विद्यार्थी आईएएस, आईपीएस व प्रतिष्ठित कंपनियों में उच्च पदों पर कार्यरत हैं। नवागंतुक विद्यार्थियों को ऐसे विद्यार्थियों से प्रेरणा लेनी चाहिए। इंग्लैंड में भी हरियाणा दिवस मनाया जाता है तथा उस दिन रागिणी व हरियाणवी नृत्य भी होता है। हमें अपनी संस्कृति को कभी नहीं भूलना चाहिए। इस अवसर पर विभिन्न विभागों के अधिष्ठाता,विभागाध्यक्ष उपस्थित थे।
