कोरोना का कहर: विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के लिए 18 अधिकारियों को नियुक्त किया डयूटी मैजिस्ट्रेट
जिलाधीश एवं उपायुक्त शरणदीप कौर बराड़ ने कहा कि कोरोना वायरस का संक्रमण जिले में दिन-प्रतिदिन बढ़ता जा रहा है। कोरोना वायरस का संक्रमण संक्रमित व्यक्ति के सम्पर्क में आने और उसके द्वारा छुई गई वस्तुओं को दुसरे व्यक्ति द्वारा छुने से फैलता है। जिसके मध्यनजर पुरे देश में कोविड-19 को लेकर दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए गए है। इसलिए कुरुक्षेत्र में कानून एवं व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए भारतीय दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 22(1) व 23(2) के तहत प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के लिए 18 अधिकारियों को आगामी आदेशों तक डयूटी मैजिस्ट्रेट नियुक्त किया जाता है।

उन्होंने जारी आदेशों में कहा कि थाना केयूके क्षेत्र के लिए हरियाणा रोडवेज कुरुक्षेत्र जीएम अशोक कुमार, थाना शहर थानेसर क्षेत्र के लिए डीडब्लयूओ कमल धीमान, थाना लाडवा क्षेत्र के लिए डीईटीसी एक्साईज पवन चौधरी को डयूटी मैजिस्टे्रट नियुक्त किया जाता है।

उन्होंने कहा कि सभी डयूटी मैजिस्टे्रट अपने-अपने क्षेत्र के थाना प्रबंधकों व उप पुलिस अधीक्षक से सम्पर्क स्थापित करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। इसके साथ-साथ सभी थाना प्रबंधक व उप पुलिस अधीक्षक भी डयूटी मैजिस्ट्रेट से तालमेल बना कर रखेंगे।
