कोरोना से होने उभरने के बाद कुछ दिन तक शरीर जंग का मैदान बना होता है। बुखार आना और थकावट मजसूस होना इसी के लक्षण है। ऐसे में कोरोना से ठीक होने के बाद आई कमजोरी का दूर करनके लिए एक साथ बहुत सारा खाना शुरू करना ठीक नहीं है।

उन्होंने कहा कि लापरवाही भारी पड़ सकती है। इसलिए खाने की मात्रा धीरे-धीरे बढ़ाये।  वरिष्ठ गैस्ट्रोलॉजिस्ट डॉ. रामचंद सोनी ने बताया कि कोरोना महामारी में लोगों के साथ डॉक्टर्स ने कभी मेहनत की है। आज उन्हीं की मेहनत से हम बीमारी पर काबू पा सके है। उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना से जंग जीतने के बाद लोगों में कमजोरी जब लंबे वक्त तक रहती है तो लोग परेशान हो जाते हैं। फौरन ही इसे दूर करना चाहते हैं। ऐसे में एक साथ और जल्दी से ढेर सारा खाना खाने लगते हैं। ड्राई फ्रूटस की मात्रा बढ़ा देते हैं। इस तरह के रोजाना पांच से सात मरीज रोजाना ओपीडी में जांच के लिए पहुंच रहे हैं। एक दम से खाने की मात्रा बढ़ाना ठीक नहीं है।

आइसोलेशन से बाहर आने के बाद 7 से 10 दिनों तक ग्लूकोमीटर से सुबह फास्टिंग लेवल जरूर देखें। खानपान भी ऐसा रखें जिससे शुगर का स्तर नहीं बढ़े। मिठाई न लें, ज्यादा कार्बोहाइड्रेट्स (चावल, रोटी आदि) से दूरी, तेल और घी कम लेना, चाय में चीनी नहीं लेना आदि। उन्होंने कहा कि इससे घबराने की जरूरतनहीं है। सावधानी बरत कर बीमारी से आसानी से बचा जा सकता है। उन्होंने बताया कि पोस्ट कोविड लक्षणों में भूख में कमी, सिर और मांसपेशियों में दर्द, नींद न आना और बेचैनी या घबराहट, हल्का बुखार रहना, कमजोरी शामिल है।

डॉ. रामचंद सोनी ने कहा कि कोविड के बाद के कमजोरी ज्यादा होती है और व्यक्ति को भूख नहीं लगती है तो डॉक्टर से पूछकर भूख लगने वाली एंजाइमयुक्त दवाओं का सेवन कर सकते हैं। एक बार भूख लगने वाली प्रक्रिया शुरू हो जाएगी तो लगातार खाना खाएंगे, जिससे कमजोरी दूर हो जाएगी।
