कोविड की रोकथाम: कोरोना से निपटने के लिए दिन रात सेवारत है जिला प्रशासन का कोविड-19 कॉल सेंटर यशपाल
फरीदाबाद के उपायुक्त यशपाल ने बताया कि कोविड-19 से निपटने के लिए जिला प्रशासन लगातार 24 घंटे कार्यरत है । उन्होंने बताया कि प्रशासन के आम जनता से सीधे जुड़ाव के लिए कोविड-19 सेंटर बेहद कारगर साबित हो रहा है । पिछले 28 दिन में कॉल सेंटर में 3850 लोग फोन कर अपनी जानकारियां व सूचनाएं प्राप्त कर रहे हैं।
एसएस न्यूज.फरीदाबाद। फरीदाबाद के उपायुक्त यशपाल ने बताया कि कोविड-19 से निपटने के लिए जिला प्रशासन लगातार 24 घंटे कार्यरत है । उन्होंने बताया कि प्रशासन के आम जनता से सीधे जुड़ाव के लिए कोविड-19 सेंटर बेहद कारगर साबित हो रहा है । पिछले 28 दिन में कॉल सेंटर में 3850 लोग फोन कर अपनी जानकारियां व सूचनाएं प्राप्त कर रहे हैं। उपायुक्त यशपाल ने बताया कि कोरोना की दूसरी लहर के बाद 28 अप्रैल को जिला प्रशासन ने सरल केंद्र में कोविड-19 कंट्रोल रूम स्थापित किया था। उन्होंने बताया कि इस कंट्रोल रूम में टोल फ्री नंबर 1950 और चार अतिरिक्त टेलीफोन लाइन है जिनमें 0129-2221000, 2221001, 2221002, 22210003 व 22210004 स्थापित किए गए हैं । इन टेलीफोन लाइन पर सातों दिन 24 घंटे स्टाफ तैनात किया गया है ।
अब कोरोना नियंत्रण में है
उपायुक्त यशपाल ने बताया कि कॉल सेंटर के नोडल अधिकारी ज्वाइंट कमिश्नर प्रशांत अटकन तथा कोऑर्डिनेटर चीफ वार्डन सिविल डिफेंस व विषय विशेषज्ञ आपदा प्रबंधन डॉ एमपी सिंह को बनाया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि इसमें तीन शिफ्ट में कर्मचारी कार्य करते हैं और यह दिन रात खुला रहता है। इसमें अब तक लगभग 3850 कालरों की समस्याओं का समाधान कराया जा चुका है। डॉ एमपी सिंह ने बताया कि लॉकडाउन के शुरुआती दौर में विवाह शादियों की परमिशन, मूवमेंट पास व ऑक्सीजन प्राप्ति के लिए अधिकतम कॉल आती थी। बाद में रेमदेसीविर इंजंक्शन व लाइफ सेविंग ड्रग्स तथा वेंटीलेटर के लिए कॉल की संख्या बढ़ गई अब कोरोना नियंत्रण में है। उन्होंने बताया कि अब अधिकतम कॉल वैक्सीन लगवाने व सरकारी मदद हेतु आती है।
हर कॉल के फॉलो अप के लिए भी सिस्टम तैयार किया गया
डॉ एमपी सिंह ने बताया कि दुकानों को लेकर अधिकतम लोग फोन करते रहते हैं और शिकायत करते हैं कि उसकी दुकान खुल रही है और पुलिस वालों ने हमारी दुकान को बंद करा दिया है। डिपो होल्डर से संबंधित कॉल भी प्रतिदिन आती हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि आपसी मतभेदों के लिए पुलिस की शिकायत भी करते हैं। कोविड मरीजों की मृत्यु के बाद उनका दाह संस्कार कराने हेतु तथा कोविड मरीजों को एंबुलेंस मुहैया कराने हेतु भी प्रतिदिन कॉल आती रही है। कुछ लोग भोजन सामग्री भी मांगते हैं तथा कुछ लोग मकान मालिक की भी शिकायत करते हैं कि किराया ना होने की स्थिति में हमारा सामान घर से बाहर निकाल दिया है। उन्होंने बताया कि कॉल सेंटर में कॉल आने के पश्चात उपायुक्त फरीदाबाद के द्वारा नियुक्त नोडल अधिकारियों और इंसीडेंट कमांडरों की सहायता से समस्याओं का समाधान अति शीघ्र किया जाता है। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रत्येक कॉल के फॉलो अप के लिए भी सिस्टम तैयार किया गया है ताकि लोगों को सही समय पर मदद मिल सके।
