उपायुक्त यशपाल ने कहा कि कोरोना महामारी से बचाव के लिए फरीदाबाद जिला प्रशासन सरकार के निर्देशों की अनुपालना करते हुए स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा की दिशा में ठोस कदम उठा रहा है। सरकार व प्रशासन के साथ आमजन की सहभागिता कोरोना नियंत्रण में सहायक बनेगी और इस कार्य में निजी अस्पतालों की भूमिका भी बहुत ज्यादा महत्वपूर्ण है ।

- कहा प्रत्येक मरीज की जानकारी पोर्टल पर प्रतिदिन अवश्य अपलोड करें
एसएस न्यूज.फरीदाबाद। उपायुक्त यशपाल ने कहा कि कोरोना महामारी से बचाव के लिए फरीदाबाद जिला प्रशासन सरकार के निर्देशों की अनुपालना करते हुए स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा की दिशा में ठोस कदम उठा रहा है। सरकार व प्रशासन के साथ आमजन की सहभागिता कोरोना नियंत्रण में सहायक बनेगी और इस कार्य में निजी अस्पतालों की भूमिका भी बहुत ज्यादा महत्वपूर्ण है। उपायुक्त यशपाल ने यह बात जिला के सभी निजी अस्पतालों के संचालकों स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों एवं प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों की संयुक्त मीटिंग में संबोधित करते हुए कही। मीटिंग बुधवार देर साँय वर्चुअल मोड में आयोजित की गई। मीटिंग में उपायुक्त यशपाल ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा निजी अस्पतालों में दाखिल बीपीएल व अन्य मरीजों के लिए जो सुविधाएं वह आर्थिक मदद दी गई है सभी अस्पताल उसका पूरा फायदा मरीजों को दें ।
कोरोना से प्रभावित गरीब मरीजों की आर्थिक सहायता करने का निर्णय
उन्होंने बताया कि सरकार ने कोरोना से प्रभावित गरीब मरीजों की आर्थिक सहायता करने का निर्णय लिया है। उन्होंने बताया कि हरियाणा सरकार नई पहल द्वारा प्रदेश के ऐसे कोविड मरीज जो गरीबी रेखा से नीचे हैं व आयुष्मान भारत योजना के तहत सुविधा प्राप्त नहीं कर रहे हैं, को राज्य सरकार द्वारा कोविड उपचार अधिकृत निजी अस्पतालों में इलाज हेतु प्रतिदिन प्रति मरीज 5000 रुपए अनुदान स्वरूप देने का निर्णय लिया है जोकि अधिकतम 35000 रूपए प्रति मरीज होगी। उन्होंने बताया कि यह राशि मरीज को डिस्चार्ज होने के समय बिल से घटा दी जाएगी। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि निजी अस्पतालों (जो कोविड के इलाज के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा अधिकृत हैं) में राज्य के भर्ती उपचारित मरीजों के लिए प्रतिदिन प्रति मरीज एक हजार रुपए व अधिकतम 7000 रुपए की प्रोत्साहन राशि निर्धारित की है और यह राशि मरीज के डिस्चार्ज होने के बाद अस्पतालों के बैंक खातों में भेजी जाएगी।

उन्होंने बताया कि गरीबी रेखा से नीचे ऐसे होम आइसोलेटेड कोविड मरीजों को 5000 रूपए की एकमुश्त राशि चिकित्सा सहायता के रूप में भी दी जाएगी और यह राशि सीधे मरीजों के बैंक खाते में भेजी जाएगी। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि लाभार्थी कोविड मरीजों का परिवार पहचान पत्र होना अनिवार्य है। निजी अस्पतालों को ऐसे मरीजों की जानकारी https://gmdahheal.in पर अपलोड करनी होगी। उन्होंने सभी निजी अस्पतालों के संचालकों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि वह मरीजों से सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित रेट से ज्यादा पैसे ना लें। उन्होंने कहा कि है आपदा का समय है और हम सभी को इसमें मिलकर कार्य करना है। मीटिंग में हुडा प्रशासक कृष्ण कुमार, एसडीएम फरीदाबाद परमजीत चहल, एसडीएम बल्लभगढ़ अपराजिता, एसडीएम बड़खल पंकज सेतिया, सीएमओ रणदीप सिंह पुनिया, आईएमए के प्रधान डॉ पुनीत हसीजा सहित सभी अधिकारी वे निजी अस्पतालों के संचालक मौजूद थे।

कोरोना महामारी के दौरान डीसी यशपाल ने फरीदाबाद जिला के लोगों से अपील की है कि वे घर पर रहकर सुरक्षित रहें और अनावश्यक कार्य हेतु घर से बाहर न निकलें। कोरोना रूपी महामारी से बचाव के लिए फरीदाबाद प्रशासन युद्ध स्तर पर कार्य कर रहा है और जल्द ही कोरोना महामारी पर अंकुश लगाया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि शासन-प्रशासन लोगों के जीवन सुरक्षित करने के लिए कार्य कर रहे हैं, वहीं सामाजिक संस्थाएं भी आगे आकर जनसेवा के इस कार्य में अपनी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रही हैं। उन्होंने लोगों से अपील की कि कोरोना संक्रमण के फैलाव को देखते हुए आवश्यक हिदायतों की पालना करते हुए स्वयं सुरक्षित रहें तथा दूसरों के जीवन को भी सुरक्षित रखने का काम करें। उन्होंने कहा कि लोगों ने पहले भी कोरोना संक्रमण के फैलाव को रोकने में अपनी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका अदा की थी, वे उसी प्रकार निरंतरता में इस बार भी अपना सम्पूर्ण सहयोग दें।
