कोरोना पर विभागों के साथ समीक्षा मीटिंग:कोविड-19 की तीसरी संभावित लहर से निपटने की तैयारियां पूरी करें सभी विभाग : उपायुक्त यशपाल
उपायुक्त यशपाल ने कहा कि कोविड-19 का खतरा अभी टला नहीं है और संभावित तीसरी लहर को लेकर हमें और अधिक सतर्क रहना होगा। इसके लिए सभी विभाग अपने-अपने स्तर पर तैयारियां रखें और कोविड-19 को लेकर जारी की गई गाइडलाईन का गंभीरता से पालन करें।
- उपायुक्त ने जिला कॉर्डिनेशन कमेटी की मीटिंग में सभी विभागों के साथ की समीक्षा मीटिंग
- स्वास्थ्य विभाग से सभी अस्पतालों में बच्चों के वार्डों, वेटिंलेटर, ऑक्सीजन सहित सभी सुविधाओं की प्रत्येक सप्ताह समीक्षा करने के निर्देश
- बच्चों की कोविड केयर सुविधा, जरूरी यंत्रों, दवाओं, ऑक्सीजन, रेफरल ट्रांसपोर्ट और टेलीमेडिसन की व्यवस्था की भी समीक्षा की
- जिला में डेटा व पोर्टल मैनेजमेंट, डॉक्टरों, नर्सों व फील्ड स्तर के कर्मचारियों की बेहतर ट्रेनिंग, सामुदायिक स्तर पर प्रचार व जागरूकता अभियान को गति देने के निर्देश
फरीदाबाद: उपायुक्त यशपाल ने कहा कि कोविड-19 का खतरा अभी टला नहीं है और संभावित तीसरी लहर को लेकर हमें और अधिक सतर्क रहना होगा। इसके लिए सभी विभाग अपने-अपने स्तर पर तैयारियां रखें और कोविड-19 को लेकर जारी की गई गाइडलाईन का गंभीरता से पालन करें। उपायुक्त यशपाल कोविड-19 की संभावित तीसरी लहर को लेकर विडियो कांफ्रेस के जरिए जिला कॉर्डिनेशन कमेटी की मीटिंग में विभिन्न विभागों की तैयारियों की समीक्षा कर रहे थे।
छांयसा मेडिकल कालेज को जल्द से जल्द सभी जरूरी सुविधाओं के साथ करें तैयार
उपायुक्त यशपाल ने कहा कि ईएसआईसी मेडिकल कॉलेज में सुविधाओं को और अधिक बढ़ाया जा रहा है और कॉलेज के अधिकारी यह सुनिश्चित करें कि उन्हें अगर कोई भी आवश्यकता है तो उसे समय से पूरा करें। उन्होंने कहा कि मेडिकल कालेज में बच्चों के वार्ड में आईसीयू बढ़ाए जाएं। उन्होंने बताया कि यहां 80 बैड को बच्चों के लिए पहले ही चिह्नित किया गया है और इनकी संख्या और अधिक बढ़ाई जाए। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि छांयसा मेडिकल कालेज को जल्द से जल्द सभी जरूरी सुविधाओं के साथ तैयार करें और वहां पर चिकित्सा सुविधाओं की भी शुरूआत करें।
अल्फला मैडिकल कालेज व निजी अस्पतालों के संचालकों से की अपील
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि यहां 100 बिस्तर की सुविधा पहले से ही मौजूद है और 50 वेटिंलेटर भी हैं। इसके साथ ही इसमें एसएनसीयू और सभी सुविधाओं से युक्त बच्चों का वार्ड भी तैयार किया जाए। इसके साथ ही बीके नागरिक अस्पताल में बिस्तरों की स्थिति और वहां टाटा स्टील द्वारा बनाए जा रहे अस्थाई अस्पताल को लेकर भी उन्होंने क्रमशः समीक्षा की। यहां 100 में से 30 बिस्तर बच्चों के लिए चिह्नित किए गए हैं। इसके साथ ही बच्चों के वार्ड में पहले से मौजूद 11 वेंटिलेटर के साथ-साथ 26 अन्य की भी व्यवस्था की जा रही है। उन्होंने अल्फला मैडिकल कालेज व निजी अस्पतालों के संचालकों से भी अपील करते हुए कहा कि वह अपने यहां पर बिस्तरों की संख्या बढ़ाएं और अगर तीसरी लहर आती और कोविड-19 के मामले बढ़ते हैं तो इसके लिए सभी को तैयार रहना होगा।
स्कूलों को खोलने से पहले सभी जरूरी कदम उठाएं
उपायुक्त यशपाल ने कहा कि अस्पतालों में बिस्तरों की सुविधा व खासकर बच्चों के वार्डों की स्थिति की प्रत्येक सप्ताह टास्क फोर्स की मीटिंग में समीक्षा की जाए। उन्होंने इसके लिए एक जिलास्तरीय प्लान तैयार करने के निर्देश भी दिए। मीटिंग में जिला में कोविड-19 टीकाकरण अभियान की समीक्षा भी की। उन्होंने स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि जल्द से जल्द सभी का टीकाकरण का लक्ष्य पूरा किया जा सके ताकि हम किसी भी खतरे से बच सकें। उपायुक्त ने पुलिस व नगर निगम के अधिकारियों को भी कंटेनमेंट व कोविड नियंत्रण को लेकर जरूरी कदम उठाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने मीटिंग में बच्चों की कोविड केयर सुविधा ( वार्ड, एचडीयू, आईसीयू) में जरूरी यंत्रों, दवाओं, आक्सीजन, रेफरल ट्रांसपोर्ट और टेलीमेडिसन की व्यवस्था की भी समीक्षा की। इसके साथ ही डेटा व पोर्टल मैनेजमेंट, डाक्टरों, नर्सों व फिल्ड स्तर के कर्मचारियों की बेहतर ट्रेनिंग, सामुदायिक स्तर पर प्रचार व जागरूकता अभियान को गति देने के निर्देश जारी किए। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि स्कूलों को खोलने से पहले सभी जरूरी कदम उठाएं।
