केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के आंकड़ों के अनुसार, भारत ने गुरुवार को पिछले 24 घंटों में 41,195 नए कोरोनोवायरस संक्रमण दर्ज किए, जिससे कुल सीओवीआईडी -19 केसलोएड 3,20,77,706 हो गया, जबकि सक्रिय मामले बढ़कर 3,87,987 हो गए।

मंत्रालय ने कहा कि सक्रिय मामलों में कुल संक्रमण का 1.21 प्रतिशत शामिल है, जबकि राष्ट्रीय COVID-19 वसूली दर 97.45 प्रतिशत है।

24 घंटे की अवधि में सक्रिय COVID-19 केसलोएड में 1,636 मामलों की वृद्धि दर्ज की गई है। 490 ताजा मौतों के साथ मरने वालों की संख्या बढ़कर 4,29,669 हो गई। आंकड़ों में कहा गया है कि मामले की मृत्यु दर 1.34 प्रतिशत है। दैनिक पॉजिटिव केस दर 1.94 प्रतिशत दर्ज की गई थी। पिछले 17 दिनों से यह तीन प्रतिशत से कम है जबकि साप्ताहिक पॉजिटिव केस दर 2.23 प्रतिशत दर्ज की गई है।
