भारत में कोरोना के केस में रिकॉर्ड बढ़ोतरी देखी जा रही है। भारत सहित दुनियाभर के 180 से ज्यादा देशों में कोरोनावायरस महामारी का खौफ देखने को मिल रहा है। स्थिति दिन प्रतिदिन ख़राब होती जा रही है। अभी तक पूरी दुनिया में 2.98 करोड़ से ज्यादा लोग इस संक्रमण की चपेट में आ चुके हैं। कोरोनावायरस 9.40 लाख से ज्यादा संक्रमितों की जान ले चुका है। भारत (Coronavirus India Report) में भी हर रोज COVID-19 के मामले लगातार बढ़ रहे हैं।
स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने गुरुवार सुबह जारी किए गए आंकड़ों के अनुसार, देश में कोरोना मरीजों की संख्या 51,18,253 हो गई है। पिछले 24 घंटों में (बुधवार सुबह 8 बजे से लेकर गुरुवार सुबह 8 बजे तक) कोरोना के 97,894 नए केस सामने आए हैं। एक दिन में कोरोनावायरस के नए मामलों का यह अभी तक की सबसे बड़ा आंकड़ा है।
