पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और नेता प्रतिपक्ष भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा सोमवार को 3 नए कृषि क़ानूनों के ख़िलाफ़ सोनीपत में कांग्रेस की तरफ से आयोजित धरना स्थल पर पहुंचे उन्होंने कहा कि यह किसान विरोधी क़ानून एमएसपी और मंडी व्यवस्था पर सीधा हमला है।

पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और नेता प्रतिपक्ष भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा सोमवार को 3 नए कृषि क़ानूनों के ख़िलाफ़ सोनीपत में कांग्रेस की तरफ से आयोजित धरना स्थल पर पहुंचे उन्होंने कहा कि यह किसान विरोधी क़ानून एमएसपी और मंडी व्यवस्था पर सीधा हमला है। सरकार ने मंडी के बाहर ख़रीद को प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए क़ानून तो बना दिया, लेकिन उसमें कहीं भी एमएसपी पर ख़रीद का प्रावधान नहीं जोड़ा। जबकि बीजेपी सरकार को अपने वादे के मुताबिक स्वामीनाथन आयोग के सी2 फ़ार्मूले के तहत इसमें एमएसपी की गारंटी का प्रावधान जोड़ना चाहिए था।
हुडा ने कहा सरकार सरकारी ख़रीद को बनाए रखने का दावा कर रही है तो उसने इस साल सरकारी एजेंसी एफसीआई की ख़रीद का बजट किसलिए कम दिया, वो ये आश्वासन क्यों नहीं दे रही कि भविष्य में ये बजट और कम नहीं किया जाएगा। क्या इसका असर धीरे धीरे पीडीएस सिस्टम पर नहीं पड़ेगा क्या। यदि सरकार धीरे धीरे सरकारी खरीद से हाथ खींच लेगी तो क्या गरीब का राशन भी बंद हो जाएगा यह सवाल हैं जिनका भाजपा को जवाब देना चाहिए।
पत्रकारों के सवालों का जवाब देते हुए भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने कहा कि बीजेपी कांग्रेस के मेनिफेस्टो और उनकी कमेटी की सिफारिशों के बारे में झूठ फैला रही है। कांग्रेस ने हरियाणा में ब्लॉक और ज़िला ही नहीं ग्रामीण स्तर तक मंडियों विस्तार किया गया। पुरानी मंडियों को शहर से बाहर निकालकर शहर से बाहर बड़ी मंडियां बनाई गईं। इसके विपरीत मौजूदा सरकार मंडियों को ही कमज़ोर करने की तरफ बढ़ रही है।
डिप्टी सीएम दुष्यंत चौटाला के बयान कि एमएसपी पर आंच आई तो वो पद से इस्तीफ़ा दे देंगे। पत्रकारों ने नेता प्रतिपक्ष की प्रतिक्रिया मांगी। नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने कहा कि मंडियों में जाकर देख ले। धान, बाजरा, कपास, मूंग और मक्का जैसी फसलें एमएसपी से बेहद कम रेट पर बिक रही हैं। ख़ुद बीजेपी के सांसद मानते हैं कि किसानों को उचित दाम नहीं मिल रहे हैं।
सोनीपत में कांग्रेस के धरने पर भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा के साथ पूर्व सांसद धर्मपाल मलिक, विधायक सुरेंद्र पवार, विधायक जयवीर बाल्मीकि, पूर्व विधायक सुखबीर फरमाना, सुरेन्द्र शर्मा, सुरेन्द्र दहिया, प्रदीप सांगवान मौजूद रहे।
