मामला अवैध खनन का: अवैध खनन करते एक जेसीबी मशीन व ट्रैक्टर जब्त
एसडीएम बल्लभगढ़ अपराजिता (आईएएस) के संज्ञान में यह मामला आया कि गांव सागरपुर व जाजरू के बीच में कोई फर्म अवैध रूप से खनन कर रही है।
एसएस न्यूज.फरीदाबाद। एसडीएम बल्लभगढ़ अपराजिता (आईएएस) के संज्ञान में यह मामला आया कि गांव सागरपुर व जाजरू के बीच में कोई फर्म अवैध रूप से खनन कर रही है।
सरकार द्वारा जारी हिदायतो के अनुसार एसडीएम अपराजिता ने मामला संज्ञान में आते ही संबंधित तहसीलदार व एसीपी को मामले में कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए। एसडीएम के दिशा निर्देशों पर आज रविवार को ड्यूटी मैजिस्ट्रेट नायब तहसीलदार कैन्हिया लाल ने एसएचओ आदर्श नगर के साथ संयुक्त रुप से निरीक्षण किया गया।
निरीक्षण में अवैध खनन का मामला पकड़ा
निरीक्षण के दौरान गांव सागरपुर व जाजरू के बीच में निरीक्षण में अवैध खनन का मामला पकड़ा गया। जिसमें एक ट्रैक्टर ट्रॉली और एक जेसीबी मशीन को पकड़ा गया है। जिनको आदर्श नगर बल्लभगढ़ में लाया गया है और आगे कानूनी कार्रवाई करके उक्त मामले में पर्चा भी दर्ज कर लिया गया है।
