गांव कामी की पंचायत के फंड में 12.46 लाख रुपये के गबन व धोखाधड़ी के मामले में दो फर्म मालिकों को पुलिस ने प्रोडक्शन वारंट पर लिया है। आरोपी गांव हुल्लाहेड़ी का संजय व गांव अटायल का सुरेंद्र है। पूछताछ के बाद उनको जेल भेज दिया गया।
गांव कामी के ग्राम सचिव ने 13 मई को सदर थाना पुलिस को बताया था कि उच्च अधिकारियों से मिले पत्र के बाद सामने आया था कि कामी गांव के सरंपच व तत्कालीन ग्राम सचिव ने पंचायत के खातों में जमा राशि के साथ गड़बड़ी की है। पुलिस को शिकायत दी जिसमें सरपंच वेदपाल, तत्कालीन ग्राम सचिव सुरजीत ने मलिक इंटरप्राइजेज व राणा इंटरप्राइजेज के साथ ही ओबीसी व पीएनबी गन्नौर के मैनेजरों के खिलाफ केस दर्ज कराया था। आरोप है कि फर्जी कागजात द्वारा 1246000 रुपये निकाले गए। ग्राम सचिव ने बताया था कि 13 अप्रैल को सरपंच कामी वेदपाल ने लिखित में दिया था कि तत्कालीन ग्राम सचिव सुरजीत ने आरसीसी स्लैब बनाने के लिए 944000 का चैक मलिक इंटरप्राइजेज के नाम पर दिया था। जिसका न बिल मिला और न ही स्लैब बनाए गए। 605000 रुपये एफसीसी स्कीम के तहत निकाले, फिर वापस जमा करा दिए गए थे। साथ ही 302000 रुपये पंचायत फंड से निकाले गए थे। सरपंच कामी को 1244000 लाख रुपये ब्याज समेत तीन दिन में जमा कराने का नोटिस 22 अप्रैल को दिया गया। हालांकि सरपंच ने समय अवधि के बाद 27 अप्रैल को इस राशि को पीएनबी गन्नौर में 944000 लाख रुपये व ओबीसी शाखा में 302000 रुपये जमा करा दिए थे। पुलिस ने मामले में मलिक इंटरप्राइजेज के सुरेंद्र व राणा इंटरप्राजेज के संजय को प्रोडक्शन वारंट लिया है। आरोपी पहले ही दूसरी पंचायत के फंड में गड़बड़ी के आरोप में जेल थे। पुलिस ने उनसे पूछताछ के बाद अदालत में पेश किया, जहां उन्हें जेल भेज दिया गया।
