मलिकपुर के निलंबित सरपंच, फर्म संचालकों, बैंक प्रबंधकों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज
पंचायत फंड में गड़बड़ी के आरोप में छठा सरपंच नामजद हुआ, इससे पहले हसनपुर, धतूरी, कामी, पिपलीखेड़ा व टिकौला के सरपंच पर मुकदमा दर्ज हो चुका है। जिनमें से हरसनपुर के सरपंच की मौत हो चुकी है डीएसपी हंसराज के नेतृत्व में एसआईटी गठित की जा चुकी है.

गांव मलिकपुर के निलंबित सरपंच, फर्म संचालकों व बैंक प्रबंधकों के खिलाफ ग्राम सचिव की शिकायत पर मुरथल थाना पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज किया है। मामले में डीसी सोनीपत ने मुकदमा दर्ज कराने के आदेश दिए थे। पंचायत फंड घोटाले में 25 अगस्त को डीसी ने सरपंच प्रमोद को सस्पेंड किया था। मलिकपुर गांव के पंचायत फंड में 9541710 रुपये का घोटाले का आरोप है।
ग्राम सचिव मलिकपुर नवीन कुमार ने मुरथल थाना में शिकायत दी है कि गांव मलिकपुर के पंचातय फंड में वित्तिय हानि पहुंचाई गई है। जिसमें मलिकपुर के तत्कालीन सरपंच प्रमोद कुमार, तत्कालीन ग्राम सचिव (अब मृतक) सुरजीत, मलिक इंटरप्राइजेज, साइन इंटरप्राइजेज, मैनेजर ओबीसी बैंक गुरुद्वारा रोड सोनीपत व मैनेजर पीएनबी शाखा सेक्टर-14 ने मिलीभगत कर फर्जी दस्तावेज तैयार कर सरकार की हिदायतों को ताक पर रखकर 9541710 रुपये निकाल लिए थे। मामले में गांव के तत्कालीन सरपंच प्रमोद ने बीडीपीओ कार्यालय को एक पत्र सौंपकर कुबूल किया था कि मृतक ग्राम सचिव सुरजीत ने उसे गुमराह कर पंचायत के 9541710 रुपये का गबन किया है। प्रमोद ने अपने एक रिश्तेदार के बैंक अकाउंट से पंचायत के खाते में 9606870 रुपये जमा भी करा दिए थे। जिससे गड़बड़ी होने की पुष्टि हो गई थी। 25 अगस्त को इसी मामले में डीसी श्यामलाल पूनिया ने मलिकपुर गांव के सरपंच प्रमोद को सस्पेंड कर दिया था। साथ ही 18 अगस्त को डीसी ने पत्र लिखकर मुकदमा दर्ज करने के निर्देश दिए थे। जिस पर अब ग्राम सचिव मलिकपुर नवीन के बयान पर पुलिस ने निलंबित सरपंच प्रमोद, मृतक ग्राम सचिव सुरजीत, मलिक इंटरप्राइजेज, साइन इंटरप्राइजेज, ओबीसी बैंक के मैनेजर व पीएनबी बैंक के मैनेजर के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज किया है। पुलिस ने मामले में भादसं की धारा 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120बी व भ्रष्टाचार अधिनियम 7 व 13 के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया है। पंचायत फंड में गड़बड़ी के आरोप में छठा सरपंच नामजद हुआ है। इससे पहले हसनपुर, धतूरी, कामी, पिपलीखेड़ा व टिकौला के सरपंच पर मुकदमा दर्ज हो चुका है। इनमें हरसनपुर के सरपंच की मौत हो चुकी है। मामले की जांच के लिए पहले ही डीएसपी हंसराज के नेतृत्व में एसआईटी गठित की जा चुकी है।
मुरथल, थाना प्रभारी, राजीव कुमार ने बताया कि ग्राम सचिव की शिकायत पर मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है। मामले की गहनता से जांच कर रही है। सबूत जुटाकर ठोस कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
