शिकायत में बताया कि एक अप्रैल की शाम जीटी रोड डिवाइन सिटी के निकट सुमित गेल गैस कंपनी के ठेकेदार द्वारा अंडरग्राउंड काम करवाया जा रहा था, बीएसएनएल की फाइबर केबल कटी जिससे दूरसंचार व्यवस्था ठप हो गई है। क्षेत्र की 26 ग्राम पंचायतों, 40 बैंकों व अन्य उपभोक्ताओं की इंटरनेट सेवा बाधित हो गई और उन्हें दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ा। केबल कटने और कनेक्टिविटी ठप होने से विभाग को करीब 6 लाख रूपये आर्थिक नुकसान हुआ है। बीएसएनएल के एसडीई राजेंद्र कुमार ने ठेकेदार जितेंद्र, साइट इंजीनियर राजेश पटले व एचडीडी ऑपरेटर भूपेंद्र के खिलाफ थाना बड़ी में मामला दर्ज करवाया है।
