सोनीपत: सोनीपत शहर के सेक्टर-27 थाना पुलिस ने अंतर्गत सेक्टर-15 की मार्केट में अवैध रूप से चलाए जा रहे हुक्का बार पर छापामार कर संचालक समेत दो आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया है। निकोटिन फ्लेवर तंबाकू, हुक्का चिलम व पाइप बरामद की है।
सेक्टर-27 थाना में नियुक्त एसआई रोहताश सोमवार रात को सेक्टर-14 में गश्त पर थे। उन्हें सूचना मिली कि सेक्टर-15 मार्केट में हेलोविन कैफे के अंदर अवैध रूप से हुक्का बार चलाया जा रहा है। वहां ग्राहकों को खाना खिलाने के साथ ही बिना निकोटिन का हुक्का बताकर निकोटिन वाला तंबाकू हुक्के में मिलाकर पिलाते हैं।

ड्रग इंस्पेक्टर से टीम ने संपर्क किया, उन्होंने बाहर होने की जानकारी दी। पुलिस टीम ने हुक्का बार पर छापामार कार्रवाई की। हुक्का बार संचालक जाहरी का मनीष, फाजिलपुर का सुमित व उनका एक साथी गढ़ी सिसाना का जोगेंद्र हुक्का पी रहे थे। पुलिस ने वहां से मनीष व जोगेंद्र को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। सुमित वहां से निकल गया। पुलिस को देखकर अन्य युवा भी वहां से भाग गए। पुलिस ने मौके से 115 ग्राम निकोटिन फ्लेवर तंबाकू, सात हुक्के, चार हुक्का चिलम व सात पाइप बरामद किए। तीनों आरोपियों के खिलाफ ममाला दर्ज कर लिया है। पुलिस ने आरोपियों को अदालत में पेश किया, जहां उन्हें जमानत मिल गई।
जांच अधिकारी सतनारायण ने बताया कि आरोपियों से प्रांरभिक पूछताछ में बताया कि वह हुक्का बार को दो माह से चला रहे थे। पुलिस टीम अब उनके साथी सुमित की गिरफ्तारी करेगी।
