रेमेडेसिविर की ब्लैक मार्किट : प्रशासन ब्लैक मार्किटिंग करने वालों के विरुद्ध उठायेगा सख्त कदम
एसडीएम अपराजिता ने कहा कि प्रशासन रेमेडेसिविर की ब्लैक मार्किट को बिलकुल खत्म करना चाहता है। ताकि जरूरतमन्द लोगो को समय पर रेमेडेसिविर का इंजेक्शन मिल सके और उन्हे इधर उधर भटकना ना पड़ें। प्रशासन ब्लैक मार्किटिंग करने वालों के विरुद्ध सख्त कदम उठायेगा, यदि कोई अस्पताल या व्यक्ति ब्लैक मार्किटिंग करने में शामिल पाया गया तो उसके खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्यवाही की जायेगी।

मरीज को ऊंचे दामों पर खरीदने के लिए मजबूर नहीं कर सकता और ना ही उसे दर-दर भटकने के मजबूर किया जा सकता। एसडीएम अपराजिता ने कहा कि जिस मरीज के नाम पर प्रशासन रेमेडेसिविर मैडिसिन आंवटन करेगा, उस अस्पताल को उसी मरीज को ही वह डोज देनी होगी। यदि प्रशासन के संज्ञान में आता है कि किसी भी डॉक्टर ने रेमेडेसिविर मैडिसिन का गलत प्रयोग करने के लिए जरूरत से ज्यादा वायल्स रिक्मण्ड की है या फिर उन वायल्स की नकली प्रिस्क्रपशन/सलाह के बेसिस पर ब्लैक मार्किटिंग करने के कोशिश की है तो उस अस्पताल का या इलाज करने वाले डॉक्टर के लाईसैंस कैंसिलेशन के लिए नेशनल मैडिकल कॉउसिल को तवरित रूप से लिख दिया जायेगा।

एसडीएम अपराजिता ने कहा कि यदि डॉक्टर ने कोविड-19 के मरीज को रेमेडेसीवर, प्रिस्क्राइब/सलाह दी है तो मरीज का उपचार करने वाले डॉक्टर से या अस्पताल के मैडिकल सुपरीटेन्डेन्ट से कहे कि वो प्रशासन द्वारा दिया रेक्यूजिशन फार्म भरना सुनिश्चित करे। एसडीएम अपराजिता ने कहा कि जैसे ही कोविड-19 के अस्पताल द्वारा फार्म भरा जायेगा वैसे ही मरीज की रेमेडेसीवर की डोज के लिए प्रशासन को तुरन्त ही रिक्वेस्ट रेज/उपलब्ध हो जायेगी।

उन्होंने कहा कि अगले दिन कोविड-19 मरीज उचित दामों पर प्रशासन सीधे ही अस्पताल में रेमेडेसीविर इंजेक्शन उपलब्ध करवा जायेगा। नोडल अधिकारी ने कहा इसी के साथ ही अस्पताल द्वारा सीधे ही मरीज को कोविड-19 के ईलाज की वैक्सीन डोज दे दी जायेगी। एसडीएम अपराजिता ने आम जन से अपील करते हुए कहा कि जनता अपने अधिकारों के लिए जागरूक रहे और रेमेडेसिविर के इंजेक्शन के लिए किसी को भटकना नहीं पडेगा। उनको जैसे ही रेमेडेसिविर का इंजेक्शन उनका डॉक्टर प्रिस्क्राइब/सलाह करता है। उनको अपने डॉक्टर को कहना है कि प्रशासन को ऑनलाईन रेक्यूजिशन फार्म रेज/उपलब्ध करे ताकि प्रशासन एडिक्वेट् डोज उक्त मरीज के नाम उस अस्पताल को उपलब्ध करवा सके।
