प्रशसान का अलर्ट:बरसात के मौसम में बीमारियों से बचाव के लिए बरतें सावधानियां: यशपाल
फरीदाबाद के उपायुक्त यशपाल ने बताया कि गर्मी व बरसात के मौसम में अनेकों जानलेवा बीमारियां फैलने की आंशका बनी रहती है और इन बीमारियों को शुरू से ही पनपने से रोकने के लिए सावधानियां बरतना बहुत जरूरी है ताकि लोगों का स्वास्थ्य ठीक रह सके।
- कहा, कटे हुए फल व बासी खाद्य पदार्थो को न तो खरीदें तथा न ही प्रयोग में लाएं
- घरों के आसपास पानी इकट्ठा न होने दें, नालियों को साफ रखें तथा गड्डों को मिट्टी से भर दें
एसएस न्यूज.फरीदाबाद। फरीदाबाद के उपायुक्त यशपाल ने बताया कि गर्मी व बरसात के मौसम में अनेकों जानलेवा बीमारियां फैलने की आंशका बनी रहती है और इन बीमारियों को शुरू से ही पनपने से रोकने के लिए सावधानियां बरतना बहुत जरूरी है ताकि लोगों का स्वास्थ्य ठीक रह सके। उन्होंने जिला के लोगों से अपील की है कि वे हमेशा स्वच्छ पानी का सेवन करें, पानी को उबाल कर पिये या क्लोरिन मिला कर पानी प्रयोग करें, खाना खाने से पहले व बाद में तथा शौच जाने के बाद हाथों को साबुन से अच्छी तरह धोएं, पीने के पानी के स्रोतों के पास शौच न करें, सडे, गले, कटे हुए फल व बासी खाद्य पदार्थो को न तो खरीदें तथा न ही प्रयोग में लाएं।

उपायुक्त ने आगे बताया कि स्वास्थ्य विभाग जानलेवा बीमारियों की रोकथाम के लिए भरपूर कोशिश करता है फिर भी जनता के सहयोग के बिना यह कार्य सम्भव नहीं है। उन्होंने जिला की जनता से अपील की है कि वे इन बीमारियों से बचने के लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा समय समय पर बताए गई बातों पर अमल अवश्य करें तथा जानलेवा बीमारियों की रोकथाम के लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग को अपना पूर्ण सहयोग दें। उन्होंने बताया कि नोवल कोरोना वायरस कोविड-19 से बचने के लिए सभी फेस मास्क अवश्य पहनें। सभी 6 फुट की सामाजिक दूरी बनाएं रखें। अपने हाथों को बार-बार साबुन से अच्छी तरह धोएं। सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर न थूकें तथा स्वच्छता पर विशेष ध्यान दें।
बुखार होने पर खून की जांच करवाएं
सिविल सर्जन डॉ. रणदीप सिंह पुनिया ने जिला की जनता से अपील की है कि वह खाने व पीने की चीजों को हमेशा ढक कर रखें, घरों में पानी की टंकियों की सफाई समय-समय पर अवश्य करें, उल्टी, दस्त लगने पर ओ.आर.एस. घोल व नमक का घोल पर्याप्त मात्रा में लें तथा नजदीकी सरकारी हस्पताल में जाकर अपनी जांच एवं ईलाज करवाएं। उन्होंने बताया कि बुखार होने पर खून की जांच करवाएं।
आसपास पानी इकट्ठा न होने दें
सिविल सर्जन ने लोगों को परामर्श दिया कि घरों के आसपास पानी इकट्ठा न होने दें तथा नालियों को साफ रखें तथा गड्डों को मिट्टी से भर दें। इसके साथ-साथ पानी की टंकियां, कूलर इत्यादि सप्ताह में एक बार अवश्य खाली करके सुखा लें या कूलर के पानी में एक चम्मच पैट्रोल या डीजल तेल डालें। घर के आसपास व छत पर खाली बर्तन, टूटे खिलौने, गमले, खाली व बेकार बोतले, बेकार जुते व टायर आदि में बरसात का पानी खड़ा न होने दें। छत की टैंकी अच्छी तरह बंद रखें तथा नलकों का टपकना रोकें। मच्छरों के काटने से बचाव के लिए मच्छरदानी व मच्छर भगाने वाली दवाओं का प्रयोग करें तथा कपड़े ऐसे पहने जिससे सभी अंग ढक़े रहें।
