एडीसी अशोक कुमार बंसल ने ई-ऑफिस में विभागीय अधिकारियों को काम करने के लिए प्रेरित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि ई-ऑफिस में काम करना सरल, रोचक तथा सुविधाजनक है। कहीं से भी ई-ऑफिस के माध्यम से अपना कार्यालय का कामकाज कर सकते हैं। वे गुरूवार को लघु सचिवालय में ई-ऑफिस तथा अंत्योदय सरल केंद्र की समीक्षात्मक बैठक की अध्यक्षता कर रहे थे।

उन्होंने ई-ऑफिस तथा अंत्योदय सरल केंद्र के तहत विभागों के प्रदर्शन पर विस्तार से चर्चा की। उन्होंने कहा कि जिन विभागों का प्रदर्शन अपेक्षाकृत अच्छा नहीं है वे तुरंत प्रभाव से सुधार करें। इसके लिए विभागीय अधिकारियों को एक सप्ताह का समय दिया जा रहा है। यदि किसी को कोई दिक्कत है तो वह बतायें। अन्यथा बेवजह निराशाजनक प्रदर्शन स्वीकार्य नहीं है। यदि भविष्य में भी प्रदर्शन नहीं सुधारा गया तो कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त बंसल ने अंत्योदय सरल केंद्रों के अंतर्गत आम जनमानस को बेहतरीन सेवाएं देने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि जिला स्तर तथा उपमंडल स्तर पर सैंकड़ों सेवाएं सरल केंद्रों के माध्यम से दी जा रही है। यह सेवाएं समयबद्धता के साथ दी जाएं। लोगों को किसी भी प्रकार की शिकायत का अवसर नहीं मिलना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि लोगों को किसी भी कार्य के लिए चक्कर नहीं काटने पड़ें। ऐसी बेहतरीन सुविधा मिलनी चाहिए कि लोगों में संतुष्टि दिखाई दे। इसके लिए पूरी निष्ठा के साथ काम करना होगा। एसडीएम शशि वसुंधरा, नगराधीश जितेंद्र जोशी, डीएसपी विपिन कादयान, सीएमजीजीए प्रगुण अग्र्रवाल, संगीता गौड़, नवीन गुलिया तथा अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी मौजूद थे।
