हरियाणा लॉकडाउन: सुरक्षित हरियाणा के लिए प्रदेश में महामारी अलर्ट; सोनीपत में ऑड ईवन में खुलेंगीं दुकानें
सोनीपत के जिलाधीश श्याम लाल पूनिया ने कहा कि हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा सुरक्षित हरियाणा के लिए प्रदेश में महामारी अलर्ट (लॉकडाउन) को 31 मई, 2021 सुबह 05 बजे तक बढ़ा दिया गया है। हालांकि 2 मई और 9 मई के आदेशानुसार ही लॉकडाउन जारी रहेगा। जिलाधीश ने आदेशा जारी करते हुए कहा कि ऐसे दुकानें जो बिल्कुल अलग-अलग है वे दुकानें दिन में नाईट कर्फ्यू से पहले खुल सकेंगी।

एसएस न्यूज. सोनीपत। सोनीपत के जिलाधीश श्याम लाल पूनिया ने कहा कि हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा सुरक्षित हरियाणा के लिए प्रदेश में महामारी अलर्ट (लॉकडाउन) को 31 मई, 2021 सुबह 05 बजे तक बढ़ा दिया गया है। हालांकि 2 मई और 9 मई के आदेशानुसार ही लॉकडाउन जारी रहेगा। जिलाधीश ने आदेशा जारी करते हुए कहा कि ऐसे दुकानें जो बिल्कुल अलग-अलग है वे दुकानें दिन में नाईट कर्फ्यू से पहले खुल सकेंगी। इसके अलावा सभी दुकानें सुबह 7 बजे से दोपहर 12 बजे निम्र शर्तो के साथ खोली जाएंगी। जिलाधीश ने कहा कि जिलाधीश ने कहा कि जिन बाजारों में सडक़ के दोनों तरफ दुकानें हैं उनमें सोमवार, बुधवार व शुक्रवार को दाएं तरफ की दुकानें तथा मंगलवार, गुरूवार तथा शनिवार को बाएं तरफ की दुकानें खुली रहेंगी।
अस्पताल एवं दवाइयों की दुकानों तथा सरकारी कार्यालयों पर लागू नहीं होगी पाबंधियां
जिलाधीश पूनिया ने कहा कि दाए और बाएं का निर्धारण उत्तर एवं पूर्व दिशा में देखते हुए करेंगे। इसके अलावा नए नियमानुसार हरियाणा में मॉल खोलने की ईजाजत नहीं है। ये सभी पाबंधियां अस्पताल एवं दवाइयों की दुकानों तथा सरकारी कार्यालयों पर लागू नहीं होगी वे सभी 24 घण्टे खुले रह सकते हैं। जिलाधीश ने कहा कि दूध और डेयरी उत्पाद एवं सब्जी से संबंधित दुकानें पूर्वानुसार खुली रहेंगी।
दुकानों के खोलने का समय निर्धारित किया गया
जिलाधीश ने अपने आदेशों में पुलिस अधीक्षक, सभी संबंधित उपमण्डल मैजिस्ट्रेट व ड्यूटी मैजिस्ट्रेट तथा इंसीडेट कमांडरों को निर्देश दिए कि आमजन की सुविधा को देखते हुए लॉकडाउन के दौरान आवश्यक वस्तुओं की दुकानों के खोलने का समय निर्धारित किया गया है। सभी दुकानदार निर्धारित समय अनुसार ही अपनी दुकानों को बंद करेंगे व खोलेंगे। इस दौरान सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग, मास्क आदि बचाव उपायों की कड़ाई से पालना करवाना सुनिश्चित करें तथा नियमों की उल्लंघना करने वालों के खिलाफ कड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जाए। इसके अलावा अगर कोई व्यक्ति नियमों की उल्लंघना करता है, तो उसके खिलाफ आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम 2005 की धारा 51 से 60 व धारा 188 के तहत कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाए।
