होम आइसोलेशन में रहने वाले मरीजों की प्रतिदिन मॉनिटरिंग
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि होम आइसोलेशन में रहने वाले मरीजों की प्रतिदिन मॉनिटरिंग की जा रही है अगर किसी मरीज को होम आइसोलेशन में रहने वाले मरीज को स्वास्थ्य संबंधी कोई भी जानकारी लेनी होती है तो डॉक्टर की टीम उसे सभी जानकारी उपलब्ध करवाते हैं। इसके अलावा किसी मरीज को अधिक दिक्कत होती है तो संबंधित सीएचसी या पीएचसी को इसके बारे में सूचना दी जाती है। सूचना मिलते ही संबंधित सीएचसी या पीएचसी की डॉक्टर की टीम उस मरीज के पास पहुंच जाती है और सामान्य चैकअप कर जरूरत पडऩे पर उसे अस्पताल में रेफर किया जाता है।
11 मई से अब तक 11 हजार से अधिक होम आइसोलेशन मरीजों से संपर्क
उपायुक्त श्याम लाल पूनिया ने कहा कि 11 मई से अब तक 11 हजार से अधिक होम आइसोलेशन मरीजों से संपर्क किया जा चुका है जिसमें से 97 मरीजों को जरूरत पडऩे पर अस्पतालों में रेफर किया जा चुका है। उन्होंने बताया कि नोडल अधिकारी सहायक आयुक्त(यूटी) सलोनी शर्मा की देखरेख में 100 से अधिक प्रशिक्षित डॉक्टरों की टीम टेली कंसल्टेशन कंट्रोल में कार्य कर रही हैं।

नोडल अधिकारी सहायक आयुक्त(यूटी) सलोनी शर्मा ने विस्तृत जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि टेली कंसल्टेशन कंट्रोल रूम में तीन-तीन घण्टों की दो शिफ्टों में 100 से अधिक डॉक्टर होम आइसोलशन मरीजों को कॉल करते है। पहली शिफ्ट 09 से 12 बजे तक इसके बाद 12 से 01 बजे तक ब्रेक व दूसरी शिफ्ट 01 बजे से 04 बजे तक रहती है। उन्होंने बताया कंट्रोल रूम में कुल 30 टेबल लगाई गई हैं।
मरीजों को पांच वर्गों में बांटकर सभी को कलर कोड दिया गया
सहायक आयुक्त (यूटी) ने बताया कि कंट्रोल रूम से प्रतिदिन 2500 से 3000 होम आइसोलेशन मरीजों को कॉल की जाती है तथा डाटा को अपडेट करने के लिए मरीजों को पांच वर्गों में बांटकर सभी को कलर कोड दिया गया है। पहला कोड ब्लैक कलर है जिसमें ऐसे होम आइसोलेशन मरीजों को रखा जाता है जो कॉल नही उठाते या उनके फोन बंद मिलते हैं। दूसरा कोड रेड कलर है जिसमें उन होम आइसोलेशन मरीजों को रखा जाता है जिन्हें सांस लेने में दिक्कत आ रही है और उन्हें अस्पताल में दाखिल करवाने की जरूरत है। सलोनी शर्मा ने बताया कि तीसरा कोड ओरेंज कलर है जिसमें ऐसे मरीजों को रखा जाता है जिन्हें हल्का बुखार, शरीर में दर्द की शिकायत है। चौथा कोड ब्लयू कलर है जिसमें ऐसे मरीजों को रखा जाता है जिन्हें केवल खांसी, बुखार या जुखाम की शिकायत है तथा पाचवां कोड ग्रीन कलर है जिसमें ऐसे मरीजों को रखा जाता है जो ठीक हो गए हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि सिविल अस्पताल द्वारा प्रतिदिन कंट्रोल रूम को होम आइसोलेशन का डाटा उपलब्ध करवाया जाता है।
लोगों का मनोबल बढाकर उन्हें जल्द ठीक करने की मुहीम
उपायुक्त श्याम लाल पूनिया ने बताया कि इस कंट्रोल रूम को इस उद्देश्य से चलाया जा रहा है कि किसी भी होम आइसोलेशन मरीज के मन में कोरोना को लेकर किसी भी प्रकार की शंका न हो और वो किसी बात को लेकर घबराए नहीं। प्रशिक्षित डाक्टरों की टीम द्वारा सभी होम आइसोलेशन मरीजों के मनोबल को बढाने के लिए उसे जानकारियां उपलब्ध करवाई जाती है ताकि वो जल्द ठीक हो जाए।
