उपायुक्त पूनिया ने बताया कि आने वाली कॉल को डॉ. शिवानी, डॉ. कीर्ति तथा डॉ. अक्षत रिसीव करेंगी। स्वास्थ्य से संबंधित आने वाली समस्याओं के लिए घर बैठे ही टोल फ्री नंबरों पर कॉल कर चिकित्सकों से परामर्श प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

डॉ. शिवानी ने बताया कि उनके पास कोविड-19 से संबंधित ही ज्यादातर कॉल आती है। कई तरह के सवाल होते हैं। ऐसे सभी मरीजों को संतोषजनक तरीके से जवाब दे रहे हैं। उन्हें स्टैंडर्ड ट्रीटमेंट बताया जाता है। डॉ. शिवानी ने बताया कि कोरोना को लेकर घबराएं नहीं बल्कि बुखार, खांसी, जुकाम या अन्य किसी लक्षण के होने से मरीज अपने घरों में न रहकर इसका ईलाज करवाने के लिए डॉक्टर के पास जाए।

कंट्रोल रूम की मॉनिटरिंग के लिए एचसीएस अधिकारी राजेश सोनी, सीएमजीजीए प्रगुण अग्रवाल की ड्यूटी लगाई गई है। कंट्रोल रूम में आठ-आठ घण्टों की तीन शिफ्टों में 100 से अधिक कर्मचारी कार्य कर रहे हैं। सुनील लाकड़ा ने बताया कि 06 मई से अब तक कंट्रोल रूम में 676 कॉल आ चुकी है। जिनमें से अधिकतर कॉल ऑक्सीजन, टीकाकरण तथा बेड्स से संबंधित होती है।
