भारत निर्वाचन आयोग : उपायुक्त ने किया ईवीएम मशीनों का निरीक्षण
उपायुक्त श्याम लाल पूनिया ने सोमवार को आपदा प्रबंधन भवन में रखी गई ईवीएम मशीनों का निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने ईवीएम की पड़ताल करते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को जरुरी दिशा-निर्देश भी दिए।

उपायुक्त पूनिया ने बताया कि भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशानुसार प्रत्येक तीन माह में ईवीएम मशीनों की जांच जरूरी है। इन्हीं निर्देशों की अनुपालना में निर्धारित समयावधि के अंतर्गत ईवीएम मशीनों की पड़ताल की गई है। जांच संतोषजनक रही है। तहसीलदार निर्वाचन सरला कौशिक के साथ संबंधित कर्मचारी मौजूद थे।
