उपायुक्त ने कहा कि सबसे पहले ठेकेदार से कांटा पर्ची मंगवाएं, डीजल के तेल की पर्ची मंगवाएं और जांच करें कि सरकार द्वारा हरसाना कलां तथा किशोरा कमासपुर नंदीशाला पर 30 लाख रूपये प्रति मास के हिसाब से किस ढंग से खर्च किए जा रहे है।

उपायुक्त श्याम लाल पूनिया ने कमासपुर किशोरा गांव की नंदीशाला पहुंचे, औचक निरीक्षण किया, हरा चारा, सुखा चारा, उपचार व्यवस्था, साफ सफाई एवं व्यवस्था पर बोले कि ठेकेदार पर सख्ती बरतने के निर्देश दिए।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि सबसे पहले ठेकेदार से कांटा पर्ची मंगवाएं, डीजल के तेल की पर्ची मंगवाएं और जांच करें कि सरकार द्वारा हरसाना कलां तथा किशोरा कमासपुर नंदीशाला पर 30 लाख रूपये प्रति मास के हिसाब से किस ढंग से खर्च किए जा रहे है। नंदियों की सेवा में लग रहे व्यक्तियों की संख्या निर्धारित मापदंडों अनुसार सही है। प्रति नंदी के हिसाब से कितना हरा चारा मंगवाया जा रहा है और भूसे की मात्रा का क्या मिश्रण है। कौताही बरतने वाले ठेकेदार अथवा अधिकारी कर्मचारी को किसी भी कीमत पर माफ नहीं किया जाएगा। नंदीशाला परिसर में जो गोबर का ठेर लगा हुआ है उसे नीलाम करके तुरंत उठवाएं और नगर निगम के अधिकारी इसमें व्यक्तिगत रूचि दिखाते हुए व्यवस्था को सुचारू बनाए। परिसर में जमा पानी की निकासी की व्यवस्था अविलम्ब करें। नंदीशाला में बने हुए शेड के बीच में शेड की नाली तैयार करवाएं ताकि शेड के ऊपर से पानी सीधा नीचे ना आए। भले ही ये छोटी-छोटी व्यवस्थाएं है लेकिन इन निर्जीव पशुओं को बड़ी तकलीफ होती है।

उन्होंने कहा कि फरीदाबाद में कम्पनी द्वारा विकसित उपकरण बनाए गए है। इस बारे में कम्पनी से बात करें और उसकी प्रोजेक्ट रिपोर्ट तैयार करें। स्वैच्छिक संस्थाओं का आह्वान किया कि वे नंदीशाला में पौधा रोपण करें। चारों तरफ ग्रील का प्रावधान करें। जिला उद्योग केन्द्र के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि कोई भी उद्योगपति नंदीशाला में व्यवस्थित ढंग से पौधे लगवाकर उसकी रक्षा सुरक्षा अवश्य कर सकता है। जिससे वातावरण में सुद्घता एवं हमारी पुरानी रीति की तरह से पेड़ों के नीचे पशुओं के बैठने की व्यवस्था हो सकती है।
