दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के कमला नेहरू कॉलेज ने रिचार्ज द लर्निंग के नाम से एक अनूठी पहल शुरू की है। सभी तक शिक्षा सर्व सुलभ बनाने के लिए अधिकांश से शिक्षण संस्थान ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से सभी छात्र एवं छात्राओं तक पहुंचने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं।

देश के युवाओं का भविष्य संवारने वाली शिक्षा व्यवस्था भी कोरोना महामारी के कारण अस्त-व्यस्त है। देश के शिक्षण संस्थान शिक्षा व्यवस्था को सर्व सुलभ बनाने के लिए तरह तरह के कदम उठा रहे हैं उसी बीच दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के कमला नेहरू कॉलेज ने रिचार्ज द लर्निंग के नाम से एक अनूठी पहल शुरू की है। सभी तक शिक्षा सर्व सुलभ बनाने के लिए अधिकांश से शिक्षण संस्थान ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से सभी छात्र एवं छात्राओं तक पहुंचने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं।

ऑनलाइन शिक्षण व्यवस्था से कठिन परिस्थिति का सामना करने वाले छात्र छात्राओं को एक बहुत बड़ा वर्ग ऐसा भी है जो आर्थिक दृष्टि से कमजोर है। वे प्रतिदिन लगातार चार-पांच घंटे होने वाली क्लास लेने के लिए इंटरनेट डाटा रिचार्ज करवाने के अभाव में ऑनलाइन शिक्षा प्राप्त करने में अपनी भागीदारी नहीं निभा पा रहे हैं। कमला नेहरू कॉलेज के कई अध्यापकों ने इस गंभीर समस्या पर अपनी संवेदनाएं प्रकट की है। कॉलेज की प्राचार्या डॉ कल्पना भाकुनी ने विद्यार्थियों की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए ‘रिचार्ज द लर्निंग’ के नाम से एक मुहीम चलाई है I उनका कहना है की अभी लगभग आधा सेमेस्टर बाकी है और अभी तक ऐसा अनुमान है की दिसंबर माह तक ऑनलाइन क्लासेज चल सकती हैं I ऐसे में कई विद्यार्थियों को आने वाले दो-तीन माह में और भी संकट झेलना पड़ सकता है। इस हेतु कई सदस्यों के आपसी सहयोग से बनाये एक अनुदान से उन विद्यार्थियों के डाटा को रिचार्ज किया जायेगा जो नियमित रूप से ऑनलाइन क्लास के लिए डाटा रिचार्ज करने में असमर्थ हैं I
कोविड-19 के संकट में एक अप्रतिम मिसाल
‘रिचार्ज द लर्निंग’ की पहल अपने आप में कोविड-19 के संकट में एक अप्रतिम मिसाल बन कर सामने आयी है। जिसके अंतर्गत कॉलेज के कई जरूरतमंद विद्यार्थियों को तीन माह तक मासिक डाटा रिचार्ज दिया जा सकेगा। इसके माध्यम से देखा जाये तो कोविड-19 के दौर में उनकी लर्निंग को रिचार्ज किया जायेगा।
