गन्नौर में एसडीएम और तहसीलदार के आवास का निर्माण काय्र रुक गया है जबकि मुख्यमंत्री की घोषणा के तहत गन्नौर उपमंडलीय परिसर में करीब 95 लाख रूपये की लागत से एसडीएम व तहसीलदार के लिए दो आवासों का निर्माण सड़क एवं भवन विभाग द्वारा करवाया जाना है। लेकिन ठेकेदार को पेमेंट नहीं मिली तो यह काम रोक दिया।
ठेकेदार द्वारा कार्य बंद करने की सूचना पर एसडीएम सुरेंद्र पाल ने संज्ञान लेते हुए सड़क एवं भवन निर्माण विभाग के अधिकारियों को तलब कर मुख्यमंत्री घोषणा के कार्य को जल्द पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। ठेकेदार मुकेश गोस्वामी ने बताया कि उनकी एजेंसी द्वारा दोनों भवनों का करीब 75 प्रतिशत कार्य पूरा कर दिया है, लेकिन विभाग द्वारा पेमेंट न दिए जाने के कारण अब वो ये कार्य करवाने में असमर्थ है। एजेंसी अपने पास से लाखों रूपये खर्च कर चुकी है। अब पेमेंट मिलने के बाद ही काम करवाया जा सकता है।
ठेकेदार मुकेश गोस्वमी ने बताया कि वास निर्माण पर 95 लाख रूपये खर्च किए जाने हैं। उन्हें बहुत कम पेमेंट मिली है। एसडीएम सुरेंद्र पाल ने बताया कि सड़क एवं भवन निर्माण विभाग ने दीपावली से पहले दोनो आवास तैयार करके उपमंडल प्रशासन को सौंपने थे। विभाग के एक्सईएन व जेई को बुलाकर हिदायत दी गई है कि सीएम घोषणा के बाकी बचे कामों को निर्धारित समय सीमा में पूरा करवाना सुनिश्चित करें।
