भाजपा जिलाध्यक्ष एवं राई हलका विधायक मोहनलाल बड़ौली वे सीएम के पूर्व मीडिया सलाहकार राजीव जैन ने कपड़े व जूट के बने थैलों बांटे। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के जन्मोत्सव के अंतर्गत आयोजित सेवा सप्ताह के थैला वितरण कार्यक्रम सोनीपत के औद्योगिक क्षेत्र की झुग्गी कालोनी में विधायक बड़ौली, पूर्व मीडिया सलाहकार राजीव जैन तथा डा. ओमप्रकाश आत्रेय ने थैलों का वितरण किया।
हलका राई में लिवासपुर की इंदिरा कालोनी तथा बहालगढ़ में भी विधायक ने लोगों को थैले बांटे। विधायक बड़ौली ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी पर्यावरण संरक्षण को विशेष रूप से बढ़ावा दे रहे हैं। आधुनिकता के दौर में प्लास्टिक के बेहतरीन विकल्प का उपयोग करें। मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल के पूर्व मीडिया सलाहकार एवं भाजपा के वरिष्ठ नेता राजीव जैन ने कहा कि कपड़े व जूट के थैलों का प्रयोग एक बेहतरीन विकल्प है।
यह वर्तमान की आवश्यकता है, मानव जीवन से संबंध है। डा. ओमप्रकाश आत्रेय ने कहा कि प्लास्टिक को बाय-बाय करते हुए बेहतर विकल्प अपनायें। नवीन मंगला, किरणबाला, मनोज गोयल, सुरेंद्र शर्मा, शमील खान, बिजेंद्र, रजनीश राठी आदि गणमान्य व्यक्ति मौजूद थे। लिवासपुर की इंदिरा कालोनी तथा बहालगढ़ में थैला वितरण कार्यक्रम में भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं ने विशेष सहयोग दिया, अशोक कौशिक व सुनील रोहिल्ला, नाहरी के अशोक भारद्वाज सतीश तुषीर शामिल रहे।
