हिजाब बैन फैसला: सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जजों ने दिया अलग फैसला, उचित निर्देश के लिए मामला CJI को भेजा
गुरुवार को एक विभाजित फैसले के बाद, राज्य के शिक्षा मंत्री, बीसी नागेश ने कहा कि हिजाब पहनने पर प्रतिबंध - मुस्लिमों द्वारा पहने जाने वाले हेडस्कार्फ़ लड़कियों और महिलाओं - जारी रहेगा।
नई दिल्ली: दक्षिणी राज्य कर्नाटक में शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में हिजाब प्रतिबंध को चुनौती देने वाली याचिकाओं पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा गुरुवार को एक विभाजित फैसले के बाद, राज्य के शिक्षा मंत्री, बीसी नागेश ने कहा कि हिजाब पहनने पर प्रतिबंध – मुस्लिमों द्वारा पहने जाने वाले हेडस्कार्फ़ लड़कियों और महिलाओं – जारी रहेगा। उन्होंने इस बात पर भी जोर दिया कि उनकी सरकार को शीर्ष अदालत से बेहतर फैसले की उम्मीद है, जबकि उन्होंने आदेश का “स्वागत” किया।
कर्नाटक हिजाब प्रतिबंध मामले पर शीर्ष दस बिंदु यहां दिए गए हैं:
1. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने गुरुवार को मामले की सुनवाई के बाद खंडित फैसला सुनाया और 22 सितंबर को फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया.
2. बेंच के दोनों जजों की राय अलग-अलग थी। न्यायमूर्ति हेमंत गुप्ता ने अपने फैसले में एक समान जनादेश लागू करने के लिए राज्य में भाजपा सरकार का समर्थन किया।
3) दूसरी ओर, न्यायमूर्ति सुधांशु धूलिया ने रेखांकित किया कि हिजाब पहनना पसंद का मामला है और इसके खिलाफ कोई प्रतिबंध नहीं हो सकता है।
4. मामला अब मुख्य न्यायाधीश के पास भेज दिया गया है और इसके खिलाफ कोई प्रतिबंध नहीं लगाया जा सकता है। CJI UU ललित नवंबर में सेवानिवृत्त होने वाले हैं, और उनकी जगह जस्टिस डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ लेंगे।

8. हिजाब पर प्रतिबंध लगाने के बाद, लगभग 17,000 पहली पीढ़ी के लोग (छात्र) स्कूलों से बाहर हो गए थे। सरकार अपनी योजनाओं में सफल रही है कि इन लड़कियों को शिक्षा नहीं मिलनी चाहिए।
9. इस बीच, कर्नाटक के कुछ हिस्सों में सुरक्षा बढ़ा दी गई है। उडुपी के पुलिस अधिकारी अक्षय हाके ने कहा, “महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्रों में पुलिस की पिकेटिंग और निरंतर गश्त जैसे एहतियाती उपाय किए गए। हम यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सोशल मीडिया पर कड़ी नजर रख रहे हैं कि समाज में मौजूदा शांति को नुकसान पहुंचाने का कोई प्रयास न किया जाए।” एएनआई। उडुपी उन पहले स्थानों में से एक था जहां विरोध प्रदर्शन शुरू हुए थे।
