लक्ष्य सेन ने बर्मिंघम में कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स 2022 में जीता गोल्ड: भारत के लक्ष्य सेन ने सोमवार को मलेशिया के ताकतवर त्जे योंग एनजी को 19-21, 21 से हराकर बर्मिंघम में कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स 2022 के पुरुष सिंगल्स के बैडमिंटन इवेंट में अपना पहला गोल्ड जीतकर इतिहास रच दिया। 9, 21-16। राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों में 2022 में भारत का यह 20वां स्वर्ण पदक है। अपने करियर में पहली बार राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों में भाग लेने वाले 20 वर्षीय लक्ष्य को ताकतवर एनजी त्जे योंग से कड़ी टक्कर मिली। मलेशियाई शटलर बर्मिंघम में शानदार फॉर्म में थे। क्वार्टर फाइनल में, एनजी ने सेमीफाइनल में विश्व के पूर्व नंबर 1 किदांबी श्रीकांत को हराने से पहले विश्व चैंपियन, लोह कीन यू को चौंका दिया था।
