एनडीए की द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने रचा इतिहास: भारत में पहली बार चुनी गयी आदिवासी महिला राष्ट्रपति
द्रौपदी मुर्मू, जिन्होंने 2015-2021 के बीच झारखंड के राज्यपाल के रूप में भी कार्य किया, भारत के 15 वें राष्ट्रपति बनने के लिए राम नाथ कोविंद का स्थान लेंगी। कोविंद का कार्यकाल 24 जुलाई को समाप्त होगा और नए राष्ट्रपति 25 जुलाई को शपथ लेंगे।
नई दिल्ली/जीजेडी न्यूज: एनडीए की द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने गुरुवार को इतिहास रच दिया क्योंकि उन्होंने भारत के शीर्ष संवैधानिक पद पर कब्जा करने वाली पहली आदिवासी महिला बनने के लिए राष्ट्रपति चुनाव जीता। मुर्मू ने विपक्ष के उम्मीदवार यशवंत सिन्हा को हराने के लिए 50 प्रतिशत का आंकड़ा पार किया।
द्रौपदी मुर्मू, जिन्होंने 2015-2021 के बीच झारखंड के राज्यपाल के रूप में भी कार्य किया, भारत के 15 वें राष्ट्रपति बनने के लिए राम नाथ कोविंद का स्थान लेंगी। कोविंद का कार्यकाल 24 जुलाई को समाप्त होगा और नए राष्ट्रपति 25 जुलाई को शपथ लेंगे।
लोकसभा और राज्यसभा के सांसदों के मतों की गिनती के बाद मुर्मू को महत्वपूर्ण बढ़त मिलने के बाद परिणाम एक पूर्व निष्कर्ष थे। 748 वैध मतों में से, उन्हें 540 मिले, जबकि यशवंत सिन्हा को 204 मिले। इस राष्ट्रपति चुनाव में प्रत्येक सांसद के वोट मूल्य 700 के साथ, मुर्मू को कुल 5,23,600 वोट मिले, जो कुल वैध सांसद का 72.19 प्रतिशत है।
कौन हैं द्रौपदी मुर्मू?
20 जून 1958 को ओडिशा के रायरंगपुर में जन्मी द्रौपदी मुर्मू झारखंड की पहली महिला राज्यपाल बनने का गौरव भी रखती हैं। मुर्मू आजादी के बाद पैदा होने वाले पहले राष्ट्रपति भी हैं।
देश के सबसे दूरस्थ और अविकसित जिलों में से एक में गरीबी से जूझ रहे मुर्मू ने अपनी स्कूली शिक्षा मयूरभंज में पूरी की।
उन्होंने भुवनेश्वर के रामादेवी महिला कॉलेज, भुवनेश्वर से कला में स्नातक की डिग्री प्राप्त की। इसके बाद उन्होंने ओडिशा सरकार में सिंचाई और बिजली विभाग में एक कनिष्ठ सहायक के रूप में कार्य किया। वह रायरंगपुर में श्री अरबिंदो इंटीग्रल एजुकेशन सेंटर में मानद सहायक शिक्षिका भी थीं।
लो-प्रोफाइल रखने के लिए जानी जाने वाली, द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने अपने जीवन में कई व्यक्तिगत त्रासदियों को दूर किया है। ओडिशा के रायरंगपुर की मृदुभाषी आदिवासी नेता ने 2009-2015 के बीच केवल छह वर्षों में अपने पति, दो बेटों, मां और भाई को खो दिया।
राजनीति में उनका पहला हाथ 1997 में आया जब वह रायरंगपुर में जिला बोर्ड की पार्षद चुनी गईं। बाद में, वह उसी निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से विधायक बनीं। उन्हें ओडिशा विधान सभा द्वारा सर्वश्रेष्ठ विधायक के लिए नीलकंठ पुरस्कार भी मिला।
मुर्मू ने 18 मई, 2015 को झारखंड के राज्यपाल के रूप में शपथ लेने से पहले ओडिशा में बीजद-भाजपा गठबंधन सरकार में दो बार विधायक और एक बार मंत्री के रूप में कार्य किया। मुर्मू रायरंगपुर में अपने गांव जाने से पहले 2021 तक इस पद पर रहे। . वह राज्य की पहली महिला राज्यपाल और किसी भी भारतीय राज्य में राज्यपाल के रूप में सेवा करने वाली पहली महिला आदिवासी नेता थीं।
