बाल श्रम के खिलाफ विश्व दिवस: अभिनेता आयुष्मान खुराना ने कहा, ‘बच्चे स्कूलों के लिए होते हैं, कारखानों के नहीं’
आयुष्मान कहते हैं, "बच्चे स्कूलों और खेल के मैदानों के हैं, न कि कार्यशालाओं, कारखानों, कृषि क्षेत्रों या घरेलू मजदूरों के रूप में। बाल श्रम उनके अधिकारों का उल्लंघन करता है और उन्हें उनकी शिक्षा, विकास और अवसरों से वंचित करता है। यह उन्हें चोटों, शोषण और दुर्व्यवहार के प्रति संवेदनशील भी बनाता है।
नई दिल्ली/जीजेडी न्यूज: बाल श्रम के खिलाफ विश्व दिवस पर, अभिनेता आयुष्मान खुराना, जिन्हें यूनिसेफ ने वैश्विक अभियान एंडिंग वायलेंस अगेंस्ट चिल्ड्रन (ईवीएसी) के लिए अपने सेलिब्रिटी एडवोकेट के रूप में शामिल किया है, ने हमारे देश में बाल श्रम के उन्मूलन के लिए एजेंडा निर्धारित किया है।
आयुष्मान कहते हैं, “बच्चे स्कूलों और खेल के मैदानों के हैं, न कि कार्यशालाओं, कारखानों, कृषि क्षेत्रों या घरेलू मजदूरों के रूप में। बाल श्रम उनके अधिकारों का उल्लंघन करता है और उन्हें उनकी शिक्षा, विकास और अवसरों से वंचित करता है। यह उन्हें चोटों, शोषण और दुर्व्यवहार के प्रति संवेदनशील भी बनाता है।
उन्होंने आगे कहा: “जिन बच्चों को नियमित रूप से स्कूल जाने का अवसर मिलता है, उनके पास भविष्य में बेहतर कमाई की क्षमता होती है, जिससे गरीबी के अंतर-पीढ़ी के चक्र को समाप्त करने में मदद मिलती है।
“बाल श्रम को समाप्त करने के लिए हम में से प्रत्येक की भूमिका है। हम अपने व्यवसायों, अपने घरों और अपने समुदायों से बाल श्रम को समाप्त करने के लिए कार्रवाई कर सकते हैं। आयुष्मान को लगता है कि जोखिम वाले बच्चों को किसी भी कीमत पर संरक्षित करने की जरूरत है।
वे कहते हैं, “शिक्षा और सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाओं तक पहुंचने के लिए कमजोर बच्चों और उनके परिवारों का समर्थन करें। बाल श्रम के स्थायी नकारात्मक प्रभाव के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाएं। यदि आप बाल श्रम या किसी अन्य बच्चे को संकट में देखते हैं तो चाइल्डलाइन 1098 पर कॉल करें।”
काम के मोर्चे पर, आयुष्मान अगली बार इस साल दो बहुत ही दिलचस्प परियोजनाओं में दिखाई देंगे – अनुभूति कश्यप की ‘डॉक्टर जी’ और फिल्म निर्माता आनंद एल राय की ‘एक्शन हीरो’ का निर्देशन नवोदित अनिरुद्ध अय्यर द्वारा किया जा रहा है।
