पंडित मोदी ने सरपंचों को लिखा: भारत ने ‘ग्राम स्वराज’ और ‘पंचायती लोकतंत्र’ में नए मील के पत्थर में भाग लिया

नई दिल्ली/जीजेडी न्यूज: यह रेखांकित करते हुए कि देश ने पिछले आठ वर्षों में “ग्राम स्वराज” और “पंचायती लोकतंत्र” में नए मील के पत्थर हासिल किए हैं, प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने ग्राम प्रधानों से कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के कवरेज, जल संरक्षण और जल संरक्षण के लिए प्रयास करने का आग्रह किया है। आगामी योग दिवस को विशेष बनाते हुए, पीटीआई ने बताया। समाचार एजेंसी के अनुसार, अपने शासन की आठवीं वर्षगांठ के कुछ दिनों बाद, प्रधान मंत्री मोदी ने सरपंचों को लिखे एक पत्र में कई मुद्दों को सूचीबद्ध किया, जिन पर उन्होंने उनके योगदान की सराहना करते हुए उनका समर्थन मांगा।
प्रधानमंत्री ने उनसे आठवें अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस को खास बनाने के लिए काम करने को कहा, जो 21 जुलाई को पड़ता है।
उन्होंने सरपंचों से अपने गांव में सभी को इस अभ्यास में शामिल होने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए भी कहा।
दूसरों को प्रेरित करने के लिए उन्हें तस्वीरें साझा करने का आग्रह करते हुए, प्रधान मंत्री मोदी ने कहा कि वे एक प्राचीन या पर्यटन स्थल या अपने क्षेत्र में एक जल निकाय के पास एक जगह का चयन कर सकते हैं, ताकि गांव में हर कोई उस दिन योग कर सके।
प्रधान मंत्री ने अपने पत्र में कहा कि दुनिया भर के लोग उत्साहपूर्वक इस दिन को मनाते हैं, आसमान से लेकर हिमालय और समुद्र तक, विभिन्न कोनों में योग करते हुए उनकी तस्वीरों को जोड़कर, गौरवशाली पूर्ववर्ती वर्षों में भारतीयों को बनाया है।
उन्होंने कहा कि आगामी योग दिवस का विषय “मानवता के लिए योग” है।
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने कहा कि कोविड -19 महामारी ने लोगों को जीवन में स्वास्थ्य के महत्व का एहसास कराया है और इसमें योग कितनी बड़ी भूमिका निभा सकता है।
पानी की एक-एक बूंद को संरक्षित करने की आवश्यकता पर जोर देते हुए, प्रधान मंत्री ने वर्षा जल संचयन उपायों पर जोर देते हुए ग्राम प्रधानों को इस संबंध में गांवों में सामूहिक प्रयास जारी रखने के लिए कहा।
उन्होंने कहा कि राष्ट्र ने इस लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने के लिए अपनी स्वतंत्रता की 75वीं वर्षगांठ में प्रत्येक जिले में जल निकायों के संदर्भ में 75 ‘अमृत सरोवर’ बनाने का संकल्प लिया है।
ग्राम प्रधानों से यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अपने प्रयासों को तेज करने के लिए कहा कि कोई भी सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभों से वंचित न रहे, प्रधान मंत्री मोदी ने लिखा: “जब गाँव के प्रत्येक पात्र व्यक्ति को योजनाओं का पूरा लाभ मिलता है, तो गाँव के साथ-साथ पूरा देश समृद्ध होगा।”
उन्होंने उनसे ‘स्वच्छ भारत’ के प्रयासों को पूरी गंभीरता के साथ जारी रखने के लिए भी कहा।
‘ग्राम स्वराज’ (ग्राम स्वशासन) और ‘गरीब कल्याण’ (गरीब कल्याण) के मुद्दे पर प्रकाश डालते हुए, प्रधान मंत्री ने कहा: “ग्राम स्वराज और पंचायतों के लोकतांत्रिक सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में नए मील के पत्थर हासिल किए गए हैं।”
यह देखते हुए कि विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (डब्ल्यूएचओ) ने हाल ही में आशा (मान्यता प्राप्त सामाजिक स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ता) कार्यकर्ताओं को सम्मानित किया था, प्रधान मंत्री मोदी ने कहा कि यह गांवों के लिए गर्व की बात है।
