सोनीपत: पेटेंट से हम देश को समृद्ध बनाएंगे: कुलपति प्रो.अनायत
डीसीआयूएसटी, मुरथल की इंस्टिट्यूट इनोवेशन काउंसिल द्वारा बौद्धिक संपदा विषय पर संगोष्ठी का आयोजन किया गया है। कुलपति प्रो.अनायत ने कहा कि देश में पेटेंट प्रदान करने में 572 प्रतिशत वृद्धि दर्ज की गई है। 2013-14 के दौरान 4227 पेटेंट प्रदान किए गए थे।

सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: दीनबंधु छोटू राम विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय,मुरथल के कुलपति प्रो.राजेंद्र कुमार अनायत ने कहा कि पेटेंट के माध्यम से हम आर्थिक तौर पर समृद्ध बनाएंगे। देश में पेटेंट प्रदान करने में 572 प्रतिशत वृद्धि दर्ज की गई है। पेटेंट के माध्यम से हम अपने आविष्कार का मालिकाना हक प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
डीसीआयूएसटी, मुरथल की इंस्टिट्यूट इनोवेशन काउंसिल द्वारा बौद्धिक संपदा विषय पर संगोष्ठी का आयोजन किया गया है। कुलपति प्रो.अनायत ने कहा कि देश में पेटेंट प्रदान करने में 572 प्रतिशत वृद्धि दर्ज की गई है। 2013-14 के दौरान 4227 पेटेंट प्रदान किए गए थे। 2020-21 में 28,391 पेटेंट प्रदान हुए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि बौद्धिक संपदा से देश को सशक्त बनाकर नवाचार का पावर हाउस बना सकते हैं। 2022 में पेटेंट के लिए कुल 19796 ने आवेदन किया है। जिसमें गैर भारतीयों ने 9090 ने आवेदन किया है, जबकि 10706 भारतीयों ने आवेदन किया है।
बतौर मुख्य वक्ता भारतीय विधि संस्थान के निदेशक प्रो.मनोज कुमार ने कहा कि बौद्धिक संपदा प्रॉपर्टी राइट सात प्रकार के होते हैं। देश में पेटेंट के नियमों को 2005 में लागू किया गया, इसमें आविष्कार नया हो, आविष्कार समस्या का निराकरण करता हो व आविष्कार का सदुपयोग उद्योगों में हो। आविष्कार दो प्रकार के हो सकते हैं, राष्ट्रीय व अंतर्राष्ट्रीय।
इंस्टीट्यूट इनोवेशन काउंसिल की प्रेसिडेंट प्रो.सुमन सांगवान ने कहा कि इस प्रकार की संगोष्ठियों का आयोजन समय समय पर किया जाएगा, ताकि बौद्धिक संपदा के बारे में अनुसंधानकर्ताओं को नवीनतम जानकारी मिल सके, जिसका लाभ उठाकर शोधार्थी देश के विकास में अपना योगदान दें। इंस्टीट्यूट इनोवेशन काउंसिल की प्रेसिडेंट प्रो.सुमन सांगवान, कोऑर्डिनेटर डा.अजमेर सिंह, डा.रोहतास धीमान व डा.विकास नेहरा शामिल रहे।
