मालवीय शिक्षा सदन में रविवार को पौधारोपण कार्यक्रम बोल रहे थे। चुनाव वाटिका: स्वस्थ वसुंधरा-स्वस्थ लोकतंत्र की थीम पर आयोजित पौधारोपण कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उपायुक्त ललित सिवाच ने पीपल का पौधा लगाते हुए किया। कार्यक्रम में त्रिवेणी (नीम-पीपल-बड़) का रोपण किया गया।

सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस के मौके पर उपायुक्त ललित सिवाच ने मालवीय शिक्षा सदन में पौधारोपण करने बाद कहा कि जलवायु परिवर्तन के असंतुलन को रोकने के लिए पर्यावरण संरक्षण में सक्रिय सहयोगी बनें।

ओजोन लेयर के प्रभावित होने से लोगों को दुष्प्रभाव झेलने पड़ रहे हैं। इसका स्वास्थ्य पर विपरीत प्रभाव पड़ रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि अभी भी समय है। हमें समय रहते ही जागरूकता व एकजुटता के साथ इस समस्या से निपटने के प्रयास करने होंगे। तभी हम आने वाली पीढ़ी को विरासत में स्वस्थ पर्यावरण सौंप सकेंगे। यह हमारी जिम्मेदारी भी बनती है, जिसका निर्वहन पूर्ण ईमानदारी के साथ करना होगा। सतपाल वर्मा ने उपायुक्त के समक्ष मांग रखी कि उनके विद्यालय के बाहर सडक़ पर स्पीड ब्रेकर बनवाये जायें। इलैक्शन तहसीलदार सरला कौशिक, जिला वन अधिकारी राजेश वत्स तथा ने भी पौधे लगाये।
