सोनीपत: पत्रकारों को टोल टैक्स में छूट दिलवाने के लिए प्रयास करेंगे: सांसद कौशिक
जिला प्रेस क्लब के प्रधान राम सिंहमार तथा महासचिव राजेश आहुजा व कोषाध्यक्ष रणबीर रोहिल्ला और सदस्य संजीव कौशिक ने जिला प्रेस क्लब की ओर से ज्ञापन सौंपते हुए मांग की कि पत्रकारों को जिले के सभी टोल प्लाजाओं पर छूट दिलवाई जाए।

सोनीपत/नरेंद्र शर्मा परवाना: जिला प्रेस क्लब सोनीपत के प्रधान राम सिंहमार के नेतृत्व में क्लब की ओर से शनिवार को सांसद रमेश कौशिक को उनके आवास पर पहुंचकर ज्ञापन सौंपा, जिसमें विशेष रूप से भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण (एनएचएआई) के जिला मेंं स्थापित टोल प्लाजाओं पर छूट दिलाने की मांग की गई। सांसद रमेश कौशिक ने ज्ञापन लेते हुए पूर्ण विश्वास दिलाया कि वे टोल टैक्स में पत्रकारों का छूट दिलवाने का हर संभव प्रयास करेंगे।
जिला प्रेस क्लब के प्रधान राम सिंहमार तथा महासचिव राजेश आहुजा व कोषाध्यक्ष रणबीर रोहिल्ला और सदस्य संजीव कौशिक ने जिला प्रेस क्लब की ओर से ज्ञापन सौंपते हुए मांग की कि पत्रकारों को जिले के सभी टोल प्लाजाओं पर छूट दिलवाई जाए। उनका कहना था कि पत्रकारों को खबरों व कार्यक्रमों की कवरेज के लिए पूरे जिले में घूमना पड़ता है। जबकि सोनीपत से गन्नौर, गोहाना व खरखौदा जाने पर टोल का सामना करना पड़ता है। सरकार की नीतियों पर आधारित कार्यक्रमों की कवरेज के लिए भी उन्हें टोल से होकर गुजरना पड़ता है। पत्रकारों को अल्प वेतन में विषम परिस्थितियों में काम करना पड़ता है। इसलिए उन्होंने आग्रह किया कि पत्रकारों को टोल टैक्स में छूट की सुविधा दिलाई जाए।
सांसद रमेश कौशिक ने कहा कि वे पत्रकारों की स्थिति को भलीभांति जानते व समझते हैं। वे हर प्रकार से पत्रकारों के साथ हैं और रहेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि टोल टैक्स में छूट के लिए वे एनएचएआई के अधिकारियों से बात करेंगे। पत्रकारों की इस मांग को वे पूरा करवायेंगे। पत्रकार नि:स्वार्थ भाव से समाज व राष्ट्र सेवा के पथ पर अग्र्रसर हैं, जिन्हें विशेष सुविधाएं मिलनी चाहिए। टोल टैक्स में छूट के अलावा अन्य सुविधाओं को भी सुदृढ़ करवाने के लिए प्रयास किया जाएगा। लोकतंत्र की मजबूती के लिए चौथे स्तंभ की मजबूती आवश्यक है।
