लखीमपुर मामला: जमानत रद्द करने की आशीष मिश्रा की याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने उत्तर प्रदेश से मांगा जवाब

नई दिल्ली/जीजेडी न्यूज: सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बुधवार को लखीमपुर खीरी हिंसा मामले में केंद्रीय मंत्री अजय मिश्रा टेनी के बेटे आशीष मिश्रा को इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट द्वारा जमानत दिए जाने को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका पर उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार से जवाब मांगा। पीटीआई की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, गवाहों में से एक पर हमला किया गया है, इस पर ध्यान देते हुए, मुख्य न्यायाधीश एनवी रमना और न्यायमूर्ति सूर्यकांत और न्यायमूर्ति हेमा कोहली की एक विशेष पीठ ने राज्य से मामले के गवाहों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कहा।
हिंसा में मारे गए किसानों के परिवार के तीन सदस्यों ने हाईकोर्ट के 10 फरवरी के जमानत आदेश पर रोक लगाने की मांग की है। उन्होंने कहा है कि फैसला “कानून की नजर में अस्थिर था क्योंकि इस मामले में राज्य द्वारा अदालत को कोई सार्थक और प्रभावी सहायता नहीं मिली है। याचिकाकर्ता की ओर से पेश अधिवक्ता प्रशांत भूषण ने पहले कहा था कि आशीष की जमानत के कुछ दिनों बाद मुख्य गवाहों में से एक, जो संरक्षण में था, पर बेरहमी से हमला किया गया था।
भूषण ने कहा कि हमलावरों ने कथित तौर पर गवाह को धमकी भी दी थी कि उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव में भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) की जीत के बाद वे अब उसकी देखभाल करेंगे। इससे पहले पिछले साल 3 अक्टूबर को, लखीमपुर खीरी में उस समय हुई हिंसा के दौरान चार किसानों सहित आठ लोगों की मौत हो गई थी, जब किसान उत्तर प्रदेश के उपमुख्यमंत्री केशव प्रसाद मौर्य के इलाके में दौरे का विरोध कर रहे थे।
चार किसानों को एक एसयूवी ने कुचल दिया, जिसके बाद गुस्साए किसानों ने ड्राइवर और दो भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं की कथित तौर पर पीट-पीट कर हत्या कर दी। हिंसा में एक पत्रकार की भी मौत हो गई।
