भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार की अनदेखी के चलते पहले भी बीबीएमबी में हरियाणा कोटे से मिलने वाले पदों में कटौती होती रही है।

चंडीगढ़ः/जीजेडी न्यूज: हरियाणा के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और नेता प्रतिपक्ष भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने भाखड़ा ब्यास मैनेजमेंट बोर्ड (बीबीएमबी) में पंजाब और हरियाणा की स्थाई सदस्यता खत्म किए जाने का कड़ा विरोध किया है। हुड्डा ने इसे हरियाणा के अधिकारों पर कुठाराघात करार दिया है। हुड्डा ने कहा कि भाखड़ा ब्यास मैनेजमेंट बोर्ड नियम-1974 के मुताबिक बीबीएमबी में सदस्य(पावर) पंजाब से और सदस्य(सिंचाई) हरियाणा से होते थे। लेकिन 2022 के संशोधित नियम में यह अनिवार्यता खत्म कर दी गई है। संशोधित नियमों के तहत सदस्यों के चयन के मापदंड भी ऐसे रखे गए हैं जिन्हें हरियाणा और पंजाब के बिजली विभाग पूरा नहीं कर सकते।
बीजेपी-जेजेपी सरकार की यह चुप्पी प्रदेश विरोधी
भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार की अनदेखी के चलते पहले भी बीबीएमबी में हरियाणा कोटे से मिलने वाले पदों में कटौती होती रही है। तब भी हरियाणा सरकार ने कुछ नहीं बोला और अब केंद्र के नए फैसले पर भी सरकार मौन धारण किए हुए हैं। बीजेपी-जेजेपी सरकार की यह चुप्पी प्रदेश विरोधी है। जबकि पंजाब के कांग्रेस समेत सभी राजनीतिक दल प्रदेशहित में एकमत होकर इस फैसले के खिलाफ आवाज उठा रहे हैं। ऐसे में हरियाणा सरकार को भी सभी दलों के साथ मिलकर इस फैसले का विरोध करना चाहिए और प्रदेश के अधिकारों का संरक्षण करना चाहिए।
ओलावृष्टि ने खेतों में भारी तबाही
भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा की तरफ से जारी बयान में 2 दिनों से रुक-रुककर हो रही बारिश और ओलावृष्टि की वजह से फसलों को हुए नुकसान की तरफ भी सरकार का ध्यान दिलाया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि बारिश के चलते नारनौल, गुरुग्राम, हिसार, भिवानी, रोहतक, सिरसा और अंबाला समेत कई जिलों में फसलों को नुकसान पहुंचा है। रेवाड़ी, महेंद्रगढ़, सिरसा, भिवानी, फतेहाबाद, चरखी दादरी समेत कई जिलों में ओलावृष्टि ने खेतों में भारी तबाही मचाई है। इससे गेहूं और सरसों समेत कई फसलों को बड़ा नुकसान हुआ है।
मुआवजे का ऐलान करें सरकार
हुड्डा ने कहा कि सरकार को इस नुकसान का संज्ञान लेते हुए तुरंत स्पेशल गिरदावरी और मुआवजे का ऐलान करना चाहिए। पिछले रबी सीजन में हुए नुकसान के एवज में अब तक किसानों को मुआवजा नहीं मिला है। लगातार कई सीजन से बेमौसम बारिश, ओलावृष्टि और जलभराव का सामना करने वाले किसानों को सहारा देने के लिए सरकार को बिना देरी किए बकाया मुआवजे का भुगतान करना चाहिए।
