सोनीपत: प्रेस क्लब ने टोल टैक्स में छूट के लिए सीएम के नाम ज्ञापन सौंपा
ज्ञापन में मांग की गई है कि मीडिया कर्मियों को अपने क्षेत्र में सरकारी- गैर सरकारी कार्यक्रमों को कवर करने के लिए जाना पड़ता है। सरकार की नीतियों पर आधारित कार्यक्रम मुख्यमंत्री, मंत्री, सांसद विधायकों या सरकारी स्तर पर किए जाने वाले कोई भी कार्यक्रम हों, उन्हें कवर करना होता है।
सोनीपत (जीजेडी न्यूज ब्यूरो): जिला प्रेस क्लब ने उपायुक्त ललित सिवाच के माध्यम से मंगलवार को जिला प्रेस क्लब के प्रधान राम सिंहमार के नेतृत्व में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया व प्रिंट मीडिया से जुड़े पत्रकारों का शिष्टमण्डल मिला और प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल खट्टर के नाम ज्ञापन सौंपा है।
ज्ञापन में मांग की गई है कि मीडिया कर्मियों को अपने क्षेत्र में सरकारी- गैर सरकारी कार्यक्रमों को कवर करने के लिए जाना पड़ता है। सरकार की नीतियों पर आधारित कार्यक्रम मुख्यमंत्री, मंत्री, सांसद विधायकों या सरकारी स्तर पर किए जाने वाले कोई भी कार्यक्रम हों, उन्हें कवर करना होता है। पत्रकारों को अल्प वेतन में विषम परिस्थितियों में भी काम करना पड़ता है।लोकतंत्र में पत्रकारों की अहम भूमिका होती है। पत्रकारों को टोलटैक्स में छूट दी जाए। क्योंकि एक जिले के पत्रकार को अगर अपनी तहसील में भी जाना है तो टोल टैक्स देकर जाना पड़ता है। सोनीपत से अगर गन्नौर जाना है तो टैक्स देना पड़ेगा, गोहाना जाना है तो टैक्स देना पड़ेगा, खरखौदा जाना है तो टैक्स देना पड़ेगा। यह जमीनी हकीकत है और हर कार्यक्रम के लिए सरकारी गाड़ी उपलब्ध करवा पाना व्यवहारिक नहीं है। वहीं जिला उपायुक्त ललित सिवाच ने पत्रकारों को आश्वासन दिया है कि ज्ञापन को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री को भेज दिया जाएगा।
इस दौरान जिला प्रेस क्लब सोनीपत के प्रधान राम सिंहमार के साथ उपप्रधान रविन्द्र वर्मा, महासचिव राजेश आहूजा, उपमहासचिव श्याम सुंदर, कोषाध्यक्ष रणबीर रोहिल्ला, पूर्व प्रधान राजेश खत्री, जसबीर खत्री, अनिल खत्री समेत संजीव कौशिक पत्रकार शामिल रहे।
