दुकानदारों का आरोप है कि शहर की साफ-सफाई की सुध के प्रति जेबीएम कंपनी व नगरपालिका गंभीर नहीं है। ऐसे हालात में दुकानदारों में आक्रोश है। नगरपालिका रोड पर शेरा डेरी के पास, रेलवे रोड पर सब्जी मंडी के पास कूड़े के ढेर लगे रहते हैं।
सोनीपत: गन्नौर शहर की मुख्य सड़कों पर भी गंदगी के ढेर लगे हैं, लोग परेशान हैं लेकिन प्रशासन बेखबर है। दुकानदारों व आने जाने वाले को मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, लेकिन पालिका के अधिकारी ध्यान नहीं दे रहे हैं।

नगरपलिका के सफाई निरीक्षक पोषण मलिक ने बताया कि उनके पास कूड़ा न उठाने की शिकायत नहीं आई है। उन्होंने दुकानदारों व स्थानीय नागरिकों से कहा कि अगर कंपनी के कर्मचारी कुड़ा नहीं उठज्ञते हैं तो उसकी नगरपालिका में शिकायत दें। नगरपालिका द्वारा निश्चित तौर पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
