खाद्य एवं सुरक्षा औषधी प्रशासन की टीम ने गुरुवार को शहर की विभिन्न दुग्ध डेयरियों से पनीर व घी के सैम्पल लिए। खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी विरेंद्र कुमार के नेतृत्व में टीम गन्नौर पहुंची थी। रेलवे रोड व नगरपालिका रोड पर डेयरी संचालकों के खाद्य सामग्री के सैंपल लिए।

अभियान की सूचना के बाद कुछ डेयरी वाले दुकानों को बंद करके चले गए। टीम ने कृष्णा डेयरी, कौशिक डेयरी, पवन डेयरी सहित अन्य डेयरियों से पनीर व घी के सैंपल लिए। सुरक्षा अधिकारी विरेंद्र ने दुकानदारों को चेताया कि मिलावट करने वालों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इस मुहिम में प्रशासन का सहयोग करे। मिलावटी खाद्य पदार्थों की जानकारी विभाग को दें ताकि उन पर कड़ी कार्रवाई कराई जा सके। मिलवाटी चीजों पर रोक लगाने के लिए आगे भी अभियान जारी रहेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि आगे भी दीपावली व अन्य त्यौहार आ रहे हैं। ऐसे में टीम नियमित रूप से मिठाई व अन्य चीजों के सैंपल लेने का कार्य जारी रखेगी।
