हरियाणा के सहकारिता मंत्री डॉ. बनवारी लाल पलवल, कैथल और महम की सहकारी चीनी मिलों में गुड़ व शक्कर का उत्पादन आने वाले सीजन में किया जाएगा

हरियाणा के सहकारिता मंत्री डॉ. बनवारी लाल ने आज कहा कि पलवल, कैथल और महम की सहकारी चीनी मिलों में गुड़ व शक्कर का उत्पादन आने वाले सीजन में किया जाएगा और गुड़ व शक्कर के उत्पादन की सफलता के पश्चात अन्य सहकारी चीनी मिलों में भी गुड़ व शक्कर का उत्पादन होगा।
आज यहां जारी एक वक्तव्य में उन्होंने कहा कि इसी प्रकार, शाहबाद के सहकारी चीनी मिल प्लांट में जल्द ही एथोनॉल का उत्पादन भी किया जाएगा और इसके लिए व्यवस्था की जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि एथोनॉल के दाम अधिक हैं और इसे पैट्रोल के साथ मिलाकर बेचा जा सकता है, जिससे भी शुगर मिलों को लाभ होगा।
सहकारिता मंत्री ने कहा कि शाहबाद, रोहतक, करनाल के साथ-साथ पानीपत की सहकारी चीनी मिलों में को-जनरेशन (बिजली उत्पादन) के लिए भी लगातार प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं ताकि इन संयंत्रों से अतिरिक्त बिजली का उत्पादन किया जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य की शुगर मिलों को घाटे से उभारने के लिए इस प्रकार की नई-नई शुरूआत की जा रही है और बाजार के साथ-साथ कदमताल करने का भी प्रयास लगातार जारी है।
उन्होंने बताया कि हरियाणा राज्य सहकारी चीनी मिल प्रसंघ द्वारा तैयार की गई रिफाइंड शुगर ब्रांड नामत: ‘‘ईखशु शुगर’’ की छोटी पैंकिंग्स को लांच किया गया है और इस रिफाइंड शुगर की छोटी पैंकिंग्स सैशे (पाउच), एक किलोग्राम व पांच किलोग्राम में बाजार में उपलब्ध होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि फिलहाल यह रिफाइंड शुगर रोहतक की सहकारी चीनी मिल में तैयार की जा रही है और इसकी सफलता के उपरांत रिफाइंड शुगर का उत्पादन गोहाना की सहकारी चीनी मिल में भी किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि ये रिफाइंड शुगर रेस्टोरेंट, होटल, वीटा बूथ, हैफेड बूथ या आऊटलेट के अलावा शुगर मिलों के साथ-साथ बाजार में भी उपलब्ध रहेगी।
डॉ. बनवारी लाल ने कहा कि हरियाणा राज्य सहकारी प्रसंघ द्वारा तैयार की गई रिफाइंड शुगर ब्रांड नामत: ‘‘ईखशु शुगर’’ के दाम अन्य कंपनियों के दामों से कम हैं। अभी बाजार में अन्य कंपनियों की रिफाइंड शुगर का दाम लगभग 42 रूपए प्रति किलोग्राम है जबकि हरियाणा राज्य सहकारी चीनी मिल प्रसंघ द्वारा तैयार की जा रही रिफाइंड शुगर का दाम लगभग 38 रूपए प्रति किलोग्राम है।
