एसएस न्यूज.मुंबई।भारत के पूर्व तेज गेंदबाज सलिल अंकोला को राज्य निकाय (एमसीए) क्रिकेट सुधार समिति (सीआईसी) ने मुंबई के मुख्य चयनकर्ता के रूप में बरकरार रखा है। मुंबई क्रिकेट संघ के सचिव संजय नाइक ने मंगलवार को पीटीआई को इस घटनाक्रम की पुष्टि की।
52 वर्षीय अंकोला ने भारत के लिए अपने एकमात्र टेस्ट मैच में दो विकेट लिए। उन्होंने 20 एकदिवसीय मैच भी खेले थे, जिसमें 13 विकेट लिए थे। घरेलू क्रिकेट में, अंकोला ने 54 मैच खेले और 47 के लिए 6 के सर्वश्रेष्ठ आंकड़े के साथ 181 विकेट लिए।
एमसीए के सीआईसी में भारत के पूर्व खिलाड़ी जतिन परांजपे, नीलेश कुलकर्णी और विनोद कांबली शामिल हैं। अंकोला को पहली बार पिछले सीज़न में मुंबई के मुख्य चयनकर्ता के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया था, जो कि COVID-19 महामारी के कारण बंद था। अंकोला के नेतृत्व वाली समिति ने विजय हजारे और सैयद मुश्ताक ट्रॉफी के लिए सीनियर टीम का चयन किया था।
