खेलमंत्री संदीप सिंह शुक्रवार को गीता ज्ञान संस्थानाम में वन विभाग की तरफ से आयोजित पौधारोपण कार्यक्रम में बोल रहे थे। इससे पहले खेलमंत्री संदीप सिंह, गीता मनीषी स्वामी ज्ञानानंद महाराज, केडीबी के मानद सचिव मदन मोहन छाबड़ा ने गीता ज्ञान संस्थानम में पौधोरोपण किया।
हर वर्ष पौधारोपण अभियान
इसके बाद खेलमंत्री संदीप सिंह ने गीता मनीषी स्वामी ज्ञानानंद महाराज से पर्यावरण सरंक्षण को लेकर बातचीत की है। खेल मंत्री ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल के आदेशानुसार प्रदेश में हर वर्ष पौधारोपण अभियान के लिए 1100 गांवों को चयनित किया जाएगा। इस वर्ष वन विभाग की तरफ से 1126 गांवों का चयन किया गया है, इन गांवों में पंचायतों, शिक्षण संस्थानों, मंदिरों, गुरुद्वारों और अन्य खाली पड़ी भूमि पर फलदार, औषधिय, छायादार और ऐसे पेड़ जिन पर पक्षी अपना घौंसला बना सके तथा अन्य प्रकार के पौधे लगाने की योजना पर काम किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में वर्तमान में 3 प्रतिशत भूमि पर ही आरक्षित वन है और निजी भूमि को मिलाकर कुल 7 प्रतिशत भूमि पर पेड़ पौधे और वन विकसित किए गए है। अब सरकार ने 20 प्रतिशत भूमि पर आने वाले 5 सालों में वन विकसित करने का निर्णय लिया है।

वन विभाग की तरफ से 1 करोड़ 25 लाख पौधे लगाने के लक्ष्य को लेकर पौधारोपण किया जा रहा है। जिन जगहों पर पौधारोपण करने में दिक्कत आएगी, उन जगहों पर ड्रोन की सहायता से बीज फेंककर वनों को विकसित करने का प्रयास किया जाएगा। पुराने समय में लोग पेड़-पौधों से बहुत लगाव करते थे और उनकी देखभाल भी करते थे, इस वर्ष जिन 1126 गांवों में पौधे लगाए जाएंगे, उन गांवों में पौधो का पालन-पोषण करने के लिए वृत्र मित्र भी नियुक्त किए जाएंगे। इस वर्ष प्रयास किया जाएगा कि फलदार, छायादार और ऐसे पौधे लगाएं जिनपर पक्षी अपना घौंसला बना सके ताकि पक्षी प्रजनन कर सके, यह पौधे लम्बे समय तक वातावरण को शुद्घ करते रहेंगे और मनुष्य को अधिक मात्रा में जीवनदायिनी आक्सीजन देते रहेंगे।
पॉजिटिव सोच के साथ आगे बढे
आमजन के सहयोग के बिना वन विभाग अकेला कुछ नहीं कर पाएगा, सभी को मिलकर काम करना है और लक्ष्य को हासिल करना है। सभी को पॉजिटिव सोच के साथ आगे बढना है ताकि हर व्यक्ति के जहन में केवल एक ही लक्ष्य हो मेरा देश-मेरा गांव हरा-भरा और सुरक्षित रहे। गीता मनीषी स्वामी ज्ञानानंद ने कहा कि आज प्रदेश के पर्यावरण को सरंक्षित करने की निहायत जरुरत है। इसके लिए प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को पौधारोपण करने का संकल्प लेना चाहिए। इस संकल्प को लेकर आम नागरिक को पौधे की सुरक्षा भी करनी होगी, जब पौधे बड़े होंगे तो पर्यावरण भी शुद्घ होगा। इस वर्ष कोविड-19 बिमारी के चलते औषधिय पौधों को रोपित करने पर बल दिया जाना चाहिए। इस मौके पर केडीबी सदस्य उपेन्द्र सिंघल, सुभाष नरुला, जरनैल सिंह आदि मौजूद थे।
