कोरोना काल महामारी के बीच नहीं होने चाहिए बिहार के विधानसभा चुनाव, यशवंत सिन्हा की समय अवधि बढ़ाने की मांग

वाजपेई सरकार में मंत्र रहे पूर्व केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री और यूनाइटेड डेमोक्रेसी ऑनलाइन के संयोजक यह सिलसिला ने गुरुवार को कहा कि बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव अकेली यह सही समय नहीं है। क्योंकि कोविड-19 महामारी अपना विकराल रूप दिखा रही है। लगातार केस बढ़ रहे हैं। ऐसी स्थिति में बिहार के चुनाव करवाना जनता के साथ नाइंसाफी होगी। यशवंत सिन्हा का कहना है कि बिहार मैं अक्टूबर-नवंबर में विधानसभा चुनाव संभावित है। राज्य में कोरोनावायरस कोविड-19 के कारण अब तक 574 लोगों ने अपनी जान गवाई है और करीब सवा लाख लोग इससे संक्रमित भी हो चुके हैं।
पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री यशवंत सिन्हा ने कहा कि यह बड़ी विडंबना है कि राज्य में कोरोनावायरस का संक्रमण लगातार बढ़ रहा है। लेकिन राजनीतिक गतिविधियां इसमें आयोजित नहीं की जा सकती है। लेकिन इसके बावजूद भी चुनाव हो सकते हैं। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि मेरा मानना है कि मौजूदा हालात में चुनाव नहीं होने चाहिए और मैं केंद्र से यह मांग कर रहा हूं चुनाव आयोग से यह मांग कर रहा हूं कि राज्य में विधानसभा चुनाव के समय को बढ़ा दिया जाए।
